Called shop on a Sunday afternoon. The person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. He said I could bring down the car that afternoon. I brought it in to repair items 1, 2 above and asked him to give the car an overall check out and call if any additional work was needed. Someone called the next morning and told me they also noticed that items 3, 4 also needed replacing. I was given an estimate on these items as well as the entire job and gave them the OK.
I got a call when I returned from work on Monday telling me the car was ready. The person who called said they would wait for me if I got stuck in rush hour traffic. The man at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable.
The car was repaired to my satisfaction and everything is still working fine over 2 1/2 months later.

I like them. They are a little bit too far from me, but I feel that they are fairly reasonable and I can trust them. They provide good service and they are reliable. They are very responsive. Because they are too far from me, I may not go to them again.
