Before the move, we checked with a few companies that all informed us that all moved items would be insured. Jersey Moving Pro promised us even more by saying they had double insurance policies that would pay for the damage ( one is for $25000 and the other $43000). Even though Jersey Moving Pro was not the cheapest, the salesman Tibor made us feel that their company would truly take care of their customers with their double insurance policies and their good services. Since our move involved a baby grand piano which was over 25K , we expressed our concerns but again the company promised us we had nothing to worry about because of their double insurance policies. Looking back at the experience with the company, the sales team was very good at putting together a good story and sales pitch. We bought it unfortunately. We thought the move went well till we opened the packages in Florida and found out the TV was wrecked. We called the company immediately informing them of the damage. We were referred to David, who was the case manager and gave us the claim number 888-2074. David assured us that everything would be taken care of. We waited for them to call us back regarding the claim but two weeks later, no one did. We called them instead and left numerous messages with David but never heard from him nor anyone else. We decided to call the original salesman, Tibor Szabo, who came to our house and told us about the company’s double insurance policies and gave us the quote that was supposed to cover the insurance. But Tibor rudely told us we shouldn’t bother him with the problem. The next day, the owner called us and said we wouldn’t get anything for the damage because we had no insurance. We were shocked to hear him say we had no insurance and reminded him of the double insurance policies their company had. The owner insisted we should have purchased the additional insurance to cover the damages; and since we didn't purchase the additional insurance, the most he could do was to pay us 66 cents per pound. Basically we would get less than $50 for a $1500 TV. It turns out the owner of Jersey Moving Pro is a liar and cheat. He wanted to shift their responsibility to us. The truth is our move involved a baby grand piano that cost more than $25K and we would have left it uninsured? We regret taking their bait of paying cash in exchange for a discount: now we are at their mercy and have no power to dispute the damage they have caused. We want to share the story with future customers who are considering hiring the company. Please be aware of their lies and unethical ways of handling customers. What they have done to us, they will do it again to anyone else because this is how the company does business. They use their salespeople to lie about the high quality services customers will receive; when issues do happen, that is what the owner will do as he said to us, “ I have 15 trucks on the road and can’t be responsible for what my salesmen said or did individually.” Who would believe such a lie when people pay $5000 for the move but refuse to pay a few more dollars for the extra insurance if advised and informed? If our baby grand of $25k had been damaged, according to the owner, we would have gotten a few hundred dollars back based on the piano’s weight. In our case, maybe we should consider ourselves lucky that we only lost $1500 by entrusting this company to take care of our long distance move.

My family was scheduled to move out of state in late June of 2021. My parents were making the same move with us. We wanted to explore moving our things together so we looked into pods and moving companies. This company came recommended through a family member so we trusted them. I called them up and spoke to a rep by the name of Adam. He scheduled for Tibor to come to our home and do an estimate. Tibor was nice and we discussed what we planned to take- the plan was to get rid of a lot. He did his estimate, then went to my father’s home, whose stuff was mostly packed and did an estimate there. Total came to 500 cu ft. We felt it was a low estimate BUT we were assured that the day of our move, we will get our own truck and if we use more space then we get charged a set rate/cu ft. We booked in early April for end of June. 2 weeks before our move, I call to confirm the move. I’m told Adam doesn’t work there anymore. I speak to a man who transfers me to Esther. At first they can’t locate my move but then they find it - it was in an old system and they moved to a new one. We confirm the details and I tell Esther we are adding 2 queen mattresses and a 4 burner grill. She estimates the mattresses will be about $250 additional. She also says to clean the grill out completely and the movers will pack it day of the move. Day of the move: it’s 9:30 am and neither me or my parents have received any communication. I call the company. Esther says we are scheduled for 12-4. I tell her that we packed more than our estimate because everything went on backorder due to Covid and to make sure we get a decent size truck. I get a text saying our move is now 1-6 pm. Mind you they have to pick up our stuff and my parents. I call back and 3, get sent to dispatch who says someone will call me soon. 4:30 no call so I call back. Dispatch says they haven’t heard back from their foreman. I call a little after 5 and all lines say they are closed. Panic mode! We have a final walk through on our home the next morning and flights to catch the next day. I get a hold of the owners number and start texting. I’m anxious and ******. He seems apologetic and blames it on the hot weather. A truck arrived to our home 6:15. They begin loading our things without doing inventory. I ask them why they aren’t doing it- it was part of the agreement. They tell us they were working from 7 am on another move and we were not on their schedule abs they got a call to come to us. Great so someone else’s stuff is now on the truck and they’re using tv boxes to separate the moves! They don’t have paperwork to do our inventory. At this point I call the owner Zoltan and he’s not answering. I called 4 times- he only called me back when I threatened reporting him for false advertising . Says he doesn’t like my attitude and doesn’t need my business. I’m heated so my husband takes over. My husband take to this guy and explains how we have been mislead and it’s not our fault they got a new system and overlooked our move. Yes we packed more, but we were low balled to begin with and we called 2 weeks prior to tell them we had some larger items coming. Husband calms jerk owner down cuz we are at their mercy. Zoltan says he’s gonna do inventory as soon as things get to the warehouse. I’m skeptical- for sure our things will get lost. Workers continue. They’re tired cuz apparently they didn’t eat all day and have been working since 7 am. My husband shows them the grill. They flip out and say you only pointed to stuff in the garage. We don’t have material or space to pack it. Then they tell us if we take the mattresses then there will not be enough room on the truck for my parents stuff at the next stopWe start trying to prioritize and throw away things like the mattresses so we can have room for important things. They get impatient and call me crazy b*tch in Spanish. My husband and I call the owner and say this is unacceptable. He tells us we are a pain and he doesn’t want our business. Tells the guys to unload the truck. They slam our boxes into the garage and leave us stranded.

Arrived late for pick up - several days late for delivery - to many damaged items to list (some include damaged TV, damaged dresser, broken patio table, shattered china and glasses, damaged our living room floor)- but boxes marked fragile mean NOTHING! Put a claim in with them 9/29/20 and it is STILL pending as of 2/24/21.

Their professional came in to measure our fixtures and give us a quote. They deliberately underestimated for a "Pro" and once the items were on their truck they demanded another $2500 before they would leave. Unloading was not an option as the store needed to be empty by the next day. Then when we went to make the final payment by credit card which they had accepted previously they told us they needed a surcharge to do that on the final payment before they would deliver the goods. Feels like a scam and reading reviews how they do business. Give a quote and then when you can't make a change your items are on their truck demand more money. Then on the receiving end they were 2 hours past the latest time we had someone there and they had to stay to wait for them not to mention was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday and it was the following Tuesday. Very unprofessional and does not run the company honestly. I would highly recommend not to use them

"Sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with us and we can ensure you that we will make it better As goes the increase in price, 1- at the time that our estimator was at your store and completed the survey for the move the agreement was that a handyman hired by your firm will disassemble the fixtures (similar with large bookcases) this way they can be flattened 2- at the time the movers arrive to your store all the fixtures was in one piece according to the store manager the handyman wasn’t able to take them apart and flatten them which we wasn’t aware until we get to your store on the move date 3-at this time the volume of your move increases significantly 4-before we even start your move we let you know about the volume increase and price increase As goes the comment about “feels like a scam” just because you did not read our terms and conditions witch you sign I can guarantee that it’s not a scam, all the people who are writing a negative review about our services I can guarantee that they do not understand or read the agreement Your move was picked up in NJ onDecember 29th 2020 delivered in NC in January 5th 2021 (our delivery allowance is 3-10 business days) I really don’t see any delivery delays here it’s a 659 miles move and you are complaining about 2 hours delay We can ensure you that we was 100% honest with you from the beginning (calls made, emails) besides the holidays we deliv"

After reading all the positive reviews on this business I was very surprised at how poor the service and quality was from this company. The individuals hired by Zoly were young inexperienced people, most seemed like this was their first time moving/packing. I utilized them for a move from NJ to MT and level of service was terrible. I will summarize key failures below. However Zoly was easy to work with in getting a quote that is where the quality ended. Failures: 1. Full pack service was utilized and they did not label a single box, with contents or what room it went to. 2. This is important so I'm going to repeat this: they packed a 4 bedroom house and did not label a single box. The mover Alejandro stated they do not label boxes. 3. The delivery date was pushed out twice. 4. The two movers who were sent were very inexperienced. No moving straps or knowledge of how to move heavy furniture. One wore flip flops and the other wore his pajamas. 5.The full pack service took till 10pm at night because they inexperienced and could not focus on simple tasks. 6. They did not have an inventory management system. They put stickers on the boxes but did not count them or even consult the pack list when unloading the truck. Zoly explained this was the case because they do direct moves, however someone else's stuff was on the truck so clearly this is a flawed system. 7. Drivers and crew did not wear masks or take any Covid precautions. 8. Boxes showed on the manifest as having gone on to the truck when loading but didn't show on the final delivery manifest. Employees were really clueless to this and did not understand when I pointed this out to them. 9. Lastly they had no system for saving hardware when disassembling furniture, multiple sets of hardware were lost due to their lack of experience. 10. I ended up helping unload the truck as their crew was so inexperienced and generally clueless. They also left multiple items outside my storage unit for me to complete. 11. Lastly their drivers were unaware that you should not unwrap a couch with a knife. The dude literally stabbed the couch in front of me trying to unwrap it. 12. Fine furniture received no more attention or detail than anything else. All pieces of hardwood furniture had damage. Ultimately, they got the majority of my stuff from New Jersey to Montana but it was far more stressful than it should have been. This is a very budget moving company. Zoly was great in the beginning but he became difficult to get a hold of after this and gave a lot of excuses when the service was far below what he said it would be. You could easily rent a truck and hire some day laborers for the day and get the same level of service as if you hired this company. It surprises me how positive the reviews are but maybe if it is local small moves they execute better. I understand and expect furniture to be damaged in moves, but literally every piece of furniture had damage, including severe damage to fine furniture.

Terrible! Please look up this company’s reviews from other sources as well to prove you should NOT HIRE them.. They promised us a “bottom line” quote after an in-person estimate and only after loading all of our goods, they raised the price by A LOT. If you want a better chance of your stuff not being completely ruined you NEED to buy the most expensive insurance they offer and if you don’t, they give you .60 cents per POUND of whatever they ruin. So basically they rip you off with this insurance or they break, steal, lose or ruin your goods. Above everything else, they lost my fathers wheelchair parts, rendering it useless. They did not deliver on the day they scheduled and sent 2 (hard working) men to unload a full size truck to 2 locations (our home and a storage unit). This alone tells you they don’t care about their employees. The2 men worked hard and did their best. We had 90% boxes and it was a fairly organized move. Our most important things were loaded last so that it would be first off the truck including my fathers expensive wheelchair that we need to get him in and out of bed. Upon arriving the next day at 5pm when they were scheduled to arrive at 10am, we noticed the truck was not the same one and everything was mixed up. It was a horrible mess. They force their employees to unload your truck into their warehouse no matter how long they worked that day only to send them out early the next day. They double book and treat you like garbage after the move is complete. And if they lose and ruin your stuff, they hire a useless company called CSI to make it as hard as possible for you to get any money back for everything they stole, lost or ruined. Please stay away! God is on my side and pray that they reap what they sow!

Met with Tibor to review our move and he gave me an estimate that I felt was fair. Estimate was given on 9/10 with the move scheduled on 9/25. On 9/24, I called to confirm that they were coming as I hadn't received any confirmation. A man abruptly answers the phone and said that they make those calls the night before. I said ok, thank you, see you in the morning. A half hour after they were supposed to arrive, I receive a phone call that the crew was very tired from a late night move and asked if I could wait to the next day. Although upset, I said ok. My wife had taken off so I went to a local UHaul dealer and we started moving stuff ourselves. Now, the next day the team arrives 90 minutes late. The very first thing that the gentleman (in charge of the crew I assume) does (never got his name) was walk through my house as I pointed out that there were less things to move, but he tells me that it was going to be more expensive as it was going to take more time. I asked how that could be since we already moved some stuff but, Whatever. I leave my wife there to go to the place we are moving to and the head of the crew proceeds to tell her that they will not take the items off the truck when they arrive at our new place unless we pay in full first. What? Now she's upset. Fast forward, the guys are working hard packing everything up, I buy them lunch, and I meet them at the new place 5 miles down the road. Before they start unloading, the man comes in and goes over the bill, explaining why it will cost more than the estimate. At this point I'm like, whatever. I give him my CC which they charge 5% for using. Again, whatever. They work hard moving our stuff in. With about an hour to go, I ask the man if it's ok if I step away, I'd like to go to an ATM to get cash for so that I can leave a tip for everyone. He said sure but I have to tell you that it's going to take an extra 1/2 hour at a cost of 75.50 for that half hour. That's when I just gave up and couldn't wait for them to be done. I felt bad because I liked the guys who worked so hard but the whole time I felt like I was being nickled and dimed over the time, bubble wrap, boxes, etc. I was prepared to leave a sizable tip but when I tried to explain that I wasn't happy how they were conducting business, I got a rude "well you didn't give us a tip yet" response. Wow. The crew? Hard working nice guys. The gentleman in charge has a lot to learn how to deal with people.

We have moved a dozen times and this has been the best managed move we have experienced. From packing to loading and finally to unloading and set up the work was efficient, meticulous and customer centric. It goes to show that a small company can outperform large ones when individualized customer service is required.
