Excellent professional services! The price was competitive, the work outstanding and the painting team were so nice, hard working and extremely responsive and respectful of the property!

From beginning to end our experience with Erazo Construction was excellent. The company contacted me quickly after my Angi search, set up a time to review my interior paint job, sent a proposal for review and then the contract. Things that stood out: - Quick response time - I like to use text and that was no issue. - Quiet workers! (husband and I are both at home, so appreciated this) - Crew was friendly and professional - In at 8 am out at 4 pm every day. Nice to have a solid schedule - Worked on my project until done—no running off to do something else in the middle - Extremely neat and clean. Respectful of our home - And the best part: AMAZING JOB! This is the best paint job I have ever had. The taping, spackling, repairs and painting of walls, ceiling and trim is beautiful. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Margarito knows what he is doing. He and his partner did painstaking work, repairing rotted wood framing around our two garage doors and then priming & painting the trim glossy white. It looked brand new. They also stained both sides of 52 feet of spaced cedar fencing. Even the inside edges of the slats were perfect. I also asked Mr. Erazo's advice on possible future work, and his comments were the best I had received. We haven't tackled that huge project yet, but we've taken his advice to heart.

The Erazo Team contacted me immediately upon making the pricing request. They arrived for the estimate on time, provided a contract the same day and scheduled the work for the following week. The job was completed on budget and ahead of time by several days. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in the area. Complete professionals all around.
