  I did some research to find the best body shop in the area, as I am very particular about my Truck. I went to the office Bill came out right away and gave me an estimate. The office was very professional as well as neat and clean.
  When I picked up the vehicle Bill had me look it over and it seemed fine.  I did have a couple of things I found after I washed the truck I found over spray on the wheels and the running boards. as well as and area where they sanded that was not finished.
 I thought now they are going to give me a hard time. I was very pleased to find that was not the case. I called and spoke to Bill he told me to bring it down at my convenience.   I waited in the office and it took them about 15 minutes to take care of my concerns.
  The only thing that made me a little uncomfortable was the warranty which is 5 years.  A lot of places offer lifetime warranty on the repair.  But I decided to use them anyway as they seemed honest and I was assured if it was their fault they would make it right anyway.
 The Truck looks great and I am happy !
  

After reporting my fender bender to the insurance company I was given a list of repair shops that dealt directly with my insurance company.  When I looked up the ones close by, they had such bad reviews that I searched for a shop on my own.  I found Dennis and Don's online and dropped by for an estimate.  The lady in the office was very pleasant and quickly had someone take a look at the damage.  They determined that the bumper cover would have to be replaced and a few scratches near the headlight would have to treated.  I pointed out that part of the bumper was hanging down underneath the car and they made a temporary repair to keep it in place free of charge.  They could not fit me into their schedule for about a month but I decided to that I'd wait.  On the scheduled day I dropped off the car and got picked up by a rental agency without a hitch.  Two days later I came to pick up the car and the front bumper was like new.  Unfortunately they only accept checks and I had forgotten my checkbook so I called my wife to come by with the checkbook.  But when the owner saw me sitting there waiting he said I could take the car and send in the remaining balance ($639) at a later  time.  I declined the offer but I appreciated the gesture especially since I was a new customer.  I've been driving the car now for two months and I haven't had any issues.
