The best part would be in terms of the support like every time I wen there, they seemed to be providing me the best support. But the worst part of it was extremely expensive. There were a few times when I went there with an issue and it turned out to be, it's a lot of things I cannot see, but there were a few times when I encountered some problems that I don't know where it came from. To give you an example, like one of my ZR light window was somewhat defective, meaning sometimes it will go down and sometimes it will not, so I think there was an issue with the motor. When I took it to them, they wanted to change it, did fix it, but guess what rest of the other windows stopped working completely. So, they said, "Okay, your master switch isn't working". And, I ended up paying like additional $2000 and I'm like, "How does it make any sense?" Everything else is working fine. So, this kind of thing, and I think they were fairly pricey as well. 

The place is a little bit uncomfortable to stay. I did give them the feedback.

The service is great and the professionalism is great. For price I don’t know.  We’ve used them a lot.

I never go anywhere else. All my cars I buy there I can't be out of Toyota's because I absolutely love this dealer, they got the best prices, they have the amazing you know the maintenance the service department is great. I never had any problems whatsoever there.

Since I made the appointment a week prior they could have easily informed me by phone that they didn't have the part before coming down to the service dept. This is despicable. They knew the part wasn't available all along since I had the MADE THE APPOINTMENT IN PERSON!!

Waited for the vehicle. WOrk was done promptly and final bill was as estimated. The service advisors are professional and friendly. The facility is not close to where I live but I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.

They did routine maintenance and replaced a part under warranty. They have been servicing my 2006 Highlander since I purchased it and have done an excellent job. Their service department is clean and well equipped and their service advisors escellent. One just drives in, is greeted by a service advisor, and waits in a spaciour waiting room that is equipped with computers hooked to the Internet.
Would highly recommend.
