Driver arrived early - which was refreshing, after all the times I've called taxicabs that never showed up at all, causing me to miss appointments. The driver was courteous and pleasant to chat with. It wasn't cheap, but when I really have to get somewhere, I'm willing to pay for reliability. And the car was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely use them again.

I had some very high end business clients who were coming in from Georgia and I was in charge of making sure that they were picked up at the airport, taken to their hotel and had transportation to all of their destinations while they were here. I hired Blue Bird Limousine to coordinate and handle all of the logistics of getting everyone where they needed to go. Not for one second, even with all the different pickups and drop offs was there ever a problem. Everything from the time they arrived at the airport went perfectly. The feed back from the clients was that the Blue Bird's driver was totally professional and very accommodating of their requests. I know that the people from down south have very high standards for courtesy so I was very pleased that they were happy. The one thing that I think sets Blue Bird apart is that they are very pro-active with keeping in touch with the clients and all involved parties at all times, so if there were any changes or delays they are on top of it. Good rates too. I am more than satisfied with this Blue Bird Limousine car service company and I will use them in the future.

The fact that this winter has been completely insane with storms is what prompted me to write this review. I use Blue Bird Limousine for all of my business trips and I've always been satisfied but these past few months I have to say that they are beyond outstanding in their service.
Since December, I have had no less than 4 trips that have been delayed or cancelled, not just once, but several times for one trip. I spent two days sitting in the airport in Chicago waiting to get a flight out. Not for one minute did I ever have to worry about contacting the limo company to report the change in flights. They were on top of it all the way. Even when I was switched over to another airline three different times in one day.
By the time my plane was landing, I turned on my phone there was a text waiting for me, letting me know that my driver was waiting and where I could meet him. It made a huge impression on me during a time that was so stressful and exhausting that I could rely on Blue Bird to get me home. They are also the best priced car service that I have found in the entire area and the cars are also new and clean. I highly recommend Blue Bird Limousine. Great Service all around.

My best girlfriend was getting married and we wanted to give her a fabulous bachelorette party. My brother recommended Blue Bird Limousine because his company always uses them for business. I was a little hesitant because we were aiming more for a glamorous NYC party theme, but I called and was quickly impressed with their customer service and their prices. They assured me that we would receive impeccable service and have the time of our lives and boy, were they right!
Our chauffeur arrived formally dressed in a gorgeous stretch limo. He was super courteous and accommodating. We went from an uptown restaurant to a down town night spot and we partied the entire way in the limo. The limo was fully stocked with champagne, soda, bottled water, ice, etc. and there plenty of room for 6 crazy (and noisy) women and all of our stuff. The driver even stopped to get us hot pretzels from a street vendor when we were starving at 2 a.m.
It was smooth sailing all the way, and when there was a lot of traffic getting to the restaurant, our diver knew enough to go a different route to get us there in time to make our dinner reservation. We all could not have been happier with the service, the fabulous limousine and the price, which was surprisingly modest compared to other car companies. I will use this company every single time I need car or limo service.
