Very impressed by their work. In the past I went to BMW dealership for my car, but after a few bad experience, I decided to look other places and I am glad I found this one. A bit far from where I live so I had to hire Lyft service to drop me off.. They bought the original BMW part to fix my brakes. I had the job done a few months now and the brakes work very well. My car drives smoothly and I am very happy.

Paula looked at my car to provide the estimate. After a bit of negotiation she came back with a very reasonable price I could commit to. I explained that I needed the car back by the following Monday and she said it would be done by that Friday. I was shocked when they called late Wednesday and said the car was done! I picked it up the following morning. They did an excellent job. I now feel like I can get top dollar for my car. Paula was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. My whole experience there was very positive. I highly recommend Frank's for quality, hassle free auto body repair.

I have been using this guy for 10 years. He's very meticulous, they take care of everything from start to finish. He doesn't give in, he's a tough negotiator with the insurance companies, and he doesn't cheat you. He's been terrific.
