I am a first-time home buyer who was looking to buy in Newark, NJ. I was Hesitant about the foundation walls, heating and electrical systems in the home. Because they are well-regarded as trustworthy a friend of mine, who had previously had issues with her home, suggested I call Quality Home Inspections. When I spoke with the gentleman on the phone (very polite), All my questions were answered in detail and my concerns were alleviated. Quality Home Inspections also provided me with lead and radon inspections. The best part of all was receiving the inspection results in a time efficient manner. They were very professional. I recently used Quality Home Inspection Services as I'm in the process of purchasing a condo. Jamal took the time to explain everything he inspected as he preformed a thorough and detailed inspection of the entire unit, any questions I had were answered immediately with great detail and clear understanding. He provided the written and detailed report very quickly(same day), with pictures, explanations, summary, and any levels of concern or priorities. I would definitely choose Quality Home Inspection Services again in the near future and recommend their services for anyone who’s in need of a thorough and detailed home inspection.
