Power Cleanouts

It went well. The guys came in got to work immediately. Professional and courteous. Cleaned up the debris and took all the garbage. Would hire again.

Run, don't walk, from this predatory outfit!  My 94-year old mother, a widow, contracted to have Power Cleanouts empty her home as she prepared to close on its sale. Power Cleanouts destroyed the main bathroom's built-in, custom-made vanity in the process. Power Cleanouts' manager, a man who identified himself as "George", first promised to pay for the repair, then have an "acquaintance" fix it before closing. "I give you my word," he said. Well, "George" stopped returning our phone calls, emails and texts, despite our making an offer to settle the matter for pennies on the dollar. George's crew of workers also made off with the house's fire extinguisher, necessary for the required certificate of occupancy. At $41.80, that's only petty larceny. Do they specialize in preying on nonagenerian widows?  Does that explain the senior discount? Again, keep away.

The job went very well. I booked online. Two men came on time with the truck to give an estimate, we negotiated and settled on a fair price. Both men were very polite, friendly, profession and diligent. They worked for over an hour careful removing the debris without damaging the stairway up from the basement. They carefully packed the truck, took a credit card payment and swept up after themselves. It really was an excellent experience. I would absolutely use Power Cleanouts again.
