NB Car Detailing

Initially, I had a lot of trouble getting a response from them. I left messages on their machine over and over again explaining that I would have to contact Amazon Local to receive a refund. I felt like I had thrown my money away. When I talked to Amazon Local, I received a call from Nb Car Detailing within one day and they set up a time to come out. I received a call that morning and they said their truck had broken down and we rescheduled. I had an appointment for 1pm and I received several calls that morning about changes in scheduling. They ended up arriving early which I was able to do. Two guys showed up for the work and were nice. It did rain on and off when they were trying to clean the car, but there was nothing they could do about that. When they finished cleaning the car, they did a nice job cleaning it, but it was not detailed. There was still vacuuming that needed to be and the door jams needed to wiped out. The car was cleaner than when they arrived, but I could have done that myself. I will not use them again.
