Metro flow Steam cleaning

Did a lot of work but used too strong a power wash on steps so that a lot of concrete was broken off and now needs to be replaced.

The scheduling took a couple of weeks but the work was good. They finished within half hour- hour so it was fairly fast as well.

Fred arrived on time. He was personable and professional. He explained the procedure he would follow to remove the dirt and mold that was on my pale yellow vinyl siding.Since I had not had the house pressured washed in over two years, there were some areas that needed to be gone over twice. When he finished, he walked me around the house and we inspected the results of his work. He did a geat job in removing the dirt and mold and left my siding looking brand new! I am very pleased with his wrk and I am keeping his business card for future use.

It went really well.  Extremely satisfied with the work that was done.  Would recommend to others in the future.

The price of the service was good. It took much longer than i expected to get an appointment though. Once they arrived, the service was OK (I only had them powerwash the side front/back of the house, and the walkway). It came out pretty good, but I didn't really like hearing the boss yell at his associate (who I noticed really took pride in his job). So if you have time, and need a low price, go for it.

Fred was very responsive and accommodating of our schedule.  Their service was great at a very reasonable price.  We plan on calling them again in the spring to do additional work for us.

Good quality of work. You can see the difference. The garage door and steps look brand new. Just be careful of your solar lights and move it out of the way before they start work.

Fred and his assistant arrived as scheduled and measured the house to ensure they would be able to include washing the brick porch for the special offer price.   This was my main concern as they were extremely dirty.



The work was outstanding.  The bricks were left so clean they look like new.  They were able to remove old stains and all the muck from the vinyl siding.  The work was done efficiently and in about 1 1/2 hours. Fred had the right equipment and experience for the job. All the work area was cleaned including any dirt that had washed over to the neighbor's property. I had another contractor power wash the house about 4yrs ago and the results can not be compared to this job. I can truthfully say this was an excellent job and highly recommend this provider. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I will certainly use this provided in the future.

Did a great job- brick patio was filthy and covered with moss. Looks brand new now.  Also washed some siding on my house at no additional charge - highly recommend

He did an excellent job. One side of the house was in bad condition, but he got it looking like new.

Fred is a communicator, and works hard.  He calls you to let you know what his plan is for scheduling in your area (which is not always the most convenient for the customer), but at least he's communicative and tries to work with you.  
He told me he had to book multiple jobs in the area I was living in on a particular day to make it worth his business' while to come out, since I had booked an Angie's List special, not a normal appointment.  I wish the Big Deal had put clearer details online about this scheduling requirement.  I work far away from my home 5 days a week, and while Fred worked with me to find a day that I could be home so we could take a look at the house together and discuss the job, Angie's List or the provider should have made that detail VERY clear, for those people who can't be flexible.  
Fred and his son came out on a Saturday, he measured the house, and determined that the package I bought (2000 sq ft for $179) was adequate for the house + the small area of fence and garage I needed done.  They did the work quickly and efficiently, and were clean and thorough.  I was very happy with the outcome - the house, fence and garage doors looked new and lovely... and that's the most important part of the job, right??  I would likely book them again - once the house needs a cleaning again. 

Once Fred arrived (he was a tad late) he handled the situation quite professionally.  He measured and calculated the property to determine the cost of the job.  I don't recall the formula he used but he allots 'x' number of square footage and if your property is less or more than the allotment - the result can add to or reduce the cost of the job.  Since I asked that he include the patio and backyard walkway it amounted to an additional charge of $60.00. 
Fred and his team worked efficiently, were neat and did a great job.  I would definitely use Metro Flow Steam Cleaning again.  My house looks wonderful!

Work was completed with above average attention to details.  Two small decks which had not been included in the original quote were washed at no extra charge.  We were very pleased with the service.

Fred was proactive about setting up a good time to do the job. He was easy to reach, and we communicated several times about exactly what I wanted done. The price was more than fair for the job. He and how crew came when they said they would, and their work was excellent. I would not hesitate to call them for a future job!

They were very professional. Fred called and let me know when he would be at the house.  The cleaning took less than 2 hours and they cleaned up as they went along.  I would definitely recommend this service. 

I had signed up for a deal and they called a couple of days later to say they would
be in my neighborhood and could they come the next day to do the cleaning.
 I said I was not going to be home and they said I did not need to be just
close all the windows.  As they were very persistent I said yes even
though I had to have someone come to my house later and open windows as it was
going to be a hot day.  They came while my lawn guy was cutting the lawn
and did not wait for him to finish but just ran hoses over the yard while he
was trying to mow.  They did not put my deck furniture back where it went
and power washed even more of the peeling slate on my front porch.  They
did clean the house but were not very professional.

Completed the work as scheduled.  Reliable and professional service. Would use again.

We just bought a new house, and the outside had been neglected for a few years.  The back patio was covered in moss from the shade trees, and the other areas had not been cleaned for a while.  Now everything looks new.  Fred and his crew spent a long time on the job to make sure it came out right.  It did take a little while to schedule but that is consistent with the offer -- the Big Deal is an exceptional value.  Would definitely hire again.
