I was able to pick a carpet, padding, and place the order at the Lowe's location all within 30-45 minutes. The Lowe's flooring specialist was very helpful and getting the order set up.
The carpeting company contacted by Lowe's was very professional, punctual, and did a great job of communicating with me. This was true for both the measurement and the actual installation. The team was very courteous and even installed some 2mm thick hard rubber underlayment between the floor and the padding at no cost. I can't say enough about the service provided from these guys. I would definitely use them again.

Their pricing was good.  It was easy for me to walk into the store, pick out the carpet, and sign the contract.  They had a lot to choose from. 

They were average. We were doing a kitchen remodel and we went to them first and their service was very poor. Everything was bad. I might buy things in their store, but I wouldn't use them again for any services. They charge you a $75 fee to come in your home for an estimate then put it toward the remodeling. We were very unhappy with the service they were giving us, they didn't really even start it. What happened is they sent someone else over here and found out he was cheating homeowners. So, then they sent someone else over and this person was making it very inconvenient to meet with us. I called Lowe's and told them I didn't like what they were doing and asked for my money back and they refunded it.

Lowes of N Bergen did a good job of carpeting our room. We were very pleased with them. The people who came out were very professional. They came when they said they would and got the carpet laid very quickly. We were happy with the quality of work.

I have no complaints about Joanne's work. She was efficient and helpful at every stage of the process. Unfortunately our contractor experience was a nightmare, but that was not her (or Lowes') responsibility.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING PICK OUT THE BEST FLOORING TO MATCH MY NEW CABINETS AND EVERYTHING THAT IS IN MY KITCHEN. THEY HELP LOAD MY TRUCK AND SECURED THE FLOORING FOR ME.

WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT, SO THEY SENT A REP TO INVESTIGATE. THEN THEY SENT A DIFFERENT INSTALLER AND HE DID THE JOB OVER AGAIN. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND MADE US HAPPY. WE GOT PRODUCT SATISFACTION.

I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION WITH LOWE'S! I FEEL THAT I WAS MISLEAD BY THE SALES STAFF INTO CHOOSING AN INFERIOR QUALITY OF KITCHEN CABINETS AND AFTER 6 MONTHS, I STILL DIDN'T HAVE A FUNCTIONING KITCHEN.

I HAD SOME PROBLEMS. FIRST, THIS COMPANY DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY SCHEDULED, THEN I HAD TO CALL THEM. THEY INSTALLED TWO DOORS THAT WERE MISMATCHED. I THINK IF I HAD NOT SAID ANYTHING ABOUT IT, THEY WOULD HAVE LEFT IT. I DON'T THINK THEY HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE.

I AM OK WITH THE CARPET INSTALLATION BUT WILL NEVER USE LOWE'S FOR ANYTHING BUT PURCHASING SUPPLIES AFTER MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE CARPET INSTALLATION. I HAD A HORRIBLE TIME GETTING THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES.

THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A MONTH TO GET IT SPECIALLY MADE AND TO INSTALL IT. IT TOOK AS LONG AS THEY SAID AND THEY INSTALLED IT VERY WELL. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED THEM AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
