This company runs more than 100 companies under different names and is confusing the heck out of everyone I have a issue with this company who took to long to resolve the problem and now after few months the garage door they fix closed on top of my tenants car and they do not want to honor the warranty nor can get a straight answer who and where this company exists !!!!!very frustrating I hate that anyone goes through this kind of work

I got a call immediately from them after submitting a quote request and they offered a free quote after looking at the issue in-person. Sean was at my place within an hour. He suggested to replace the garage door opener and provided a quote which I found decent. He finished the work in next hour or so. I believe quality of work could be better. Also, there was no clean-up done after the job was done. The boxes the new opener came in is still in my garage. Some screws were laying around on the garage floor that I stepped on (fortunately no damage done) but it would have punctured my car tires. He seemed in bit of a rush after completing the job so I'm still trying to figure out how I can connect my car garage door opener remote with the new garage door opener.

I would like to specially thank the owner of this shop as he took special care and ensured that the garage issues are fixed. They didnot charge extra amount and listened to our complaints, the door was fixed but broke again, the owner sent the specialist again and repaired the issue with no extra charge. Highly professional and recommend them. All it took was a phone call.

Replaced a pair of extension springs for my garage door. I ordered the parts for the job. Technicians completed the job promptly. Will recommend this company to others.

They were beyond excellent. Customer focused, explained and showed which parts needed to be replaced and cleaned up after. Their phone number is permanently placed on my garage door. I told them that they are repair provider for future problems.

Were keep giving 2 hours window from noon till 8:00 pm and than technician called and ask if it is ok to come at 8:45pm at night. Through our the day they were giving all kind of excuses.

Alon, with Closing Master Garage Doors, is a pretty good company to do your residential business with. Not only did he deliver same day service, and good customer service, he also price matched! His installer, Alejandro, did an excellent job installing my new garage door. I was pleased.

Dave and Zach were awesome. They came the same day I requested quotes. They were able to open my garage door which was totally stuck due to a broken spring. Once the garage door was opened they replaced my springs. It was a quick repair. They were professional and nice. Will definitely call them again for my garage door issues.

I called the worker and he came, replaced engine in both garage doors. We settled on a certain price but he kept raising it. After his work, he left the job a mess and one of the doors does not open fully now. I called him and he never got back to me. I will never use this company ever again!

Very personable, professional, felt comfortable having Shay in my home. I do wish these companies would come up with a more reasonable minimum when a job takes 5 minutes to do though, that's a little upsetting., but it's because they go through HomeAdvisor, adds to the cost, that's too bad. Overall very happy with this company though.

Incredible job done in a matter of hours. Beautiful job. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I highly recommend and I'm going to hire them again for another project! bravo!
