At casa180 we adapt our staging approach to your needs and budget. We can stage your property whether it is vacant or occupied. In order to give you a more precise proposal, we would have to make a home visit to view the size of the home and the extent of the staging.

so my house was a bit of a mess and furniture was rearranged to accommodate our
tree. Luckily, she could see beyond the temporary disarray. We went through the house room by room
discussing problem areas and possibilities. She asked about our style. She took
lots of photos in each room from all different angles. She even helped me pick
out a color for the stairwell accent wall.
The Priority Report is an account in writing of our
discussion while she was at my house plus
decorating tips for each room, plus
photos of each room plus a suggested
to-do check list for each room to help you get you the most for your house when
you sell. The photos were such and eye opening.
You live in your house and what you don’t see is amazing!! For example, I
knew my office needed some organization but I didn’t realize that it looked
cold. No color, no life. And there was Diana’s suggestion to hang a small piece
of art above my computer desk and add a throw to my recliner. Two inexpensive
pops of color to warm up the room.
She gave me suggestions for the master bedroom windows which
were so simple but not something I had considered. The bathroom has 1950s
yellow/gold tile with a black border. She suggested a color for the walls that
I love and all the little details that will make it look so much more modern.
The suggestions that are in the priority report for each room are spot on and
priceless. The report is also fantastic
because you can work on it at your pace and budget.
She’s even been kind enough to clarify any questions
I’ve had about the report and to allow me to ask other questions that didn’t
come to mind when she was here. Diana is a bargain for what she does and I
would recommend her to anyone
