Jim and his colleague worked out what pipe was blocked (it was the waste pipe that is used by kitchen sink, dishwasher, washing machine, laundry room sink and basement sink. Arrived earlier than scheduled and worked quickly to resolve issue. Cleaned up after finished. Professional and very polite.

First time home buyer, so all these home type issues are new to me. So here goes my story.  Woke up early Thursday morning to a huge standing water puddle in my sewer drain.  Totally freaked me out.  Called a couple places, was feeling weirded out by some of the places I called.  But one of the plumbers I called  recommended Able SOS.  I called them up on Thursday afternoon and spoke to a nice lady on the phone.  She was so nice and made me feel calm and told me they could come the next day.  We scheduled the app't  for between 8-8:30am.  I was freaking out all day long, could not sleep.  This kinda stuff gives me anxiety.  I woke up super early on Friday.  Took my dog for a walk and then dropped him off at daycare.  Next I wait for Able SOS. Doorbell rings at 8:15am . Sunny from Able was at my door.  We exchange good mornings.  So far, so good.  I show him the drain and the other drain stuff, holes..whatever it is called.  I am starting to feel a little better.  I sign the estimate, he starts the work.  I think he was working for a little less than 1 hour.  He knocked on my door and told me the job was finished.  I felt better.  Anxiety is gone.  I asked him some general questions.  He answered them.  Sonny was nice. I was happy.   All is almost well in the world.  I will also be posting this same review on Yelp

They did this all and had my drains open within an hour, we were very pleased with their work and appreciated their service as it was very dark and cold when they came out to clean the lines.

The roots were tough but the service tech was tougher.

We had an emergency and reached out to my friend's on FB and one them recommed Jim from Able SOS.  My husband called and Jim was at the house within an hour.  He assesed the problem and went right to work.  We had purchased our home just a year earlier from the original owners (home built in 1964) - the house is a complete fixer upper - everything still original.  Not only were updates never made but apparently they never bothered to do any type of drain cleaning.  We had a terrible clog in the main pipe under the front lawn.  Jim took his time to explain eveything to my husband, knowing that my husband is very familiar with plumbing issues but we just did not have the proper equipment to handle such a bad clog,  Jim was very professional, personable and gave us great advise for maintaince. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. JIM WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND SENT SONNY OUT ON TIME WHO CLEARED A PIPE THAT WAS UNABLE TO BE CLEARED BY ANOTHER SERVICE.IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. I DEFINITELY WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

r.Listened to my observations and request to clean the sewer line and confirm good flow. Able S.O.S. explained what they would do and then did it in an efficient manner. The good news is that the line is in good condition and there was very little root growth.
They missed the original appointment time and when I called to follow-up, a technician was dispatched and arrived about 1.5 hours later.

I called Able SOS and within 1 hour their man (so sorry forgot his name) was in my kitchen clearing the pipes! Very professional, clean and knowledgeable! Would definately use again

We had to call on a Sunday and there was no additional charge for the weekend. They were able to unclog drain. They arrived on time and did the work efficiently.

Water was coming into the basement of my rental property. I called my plumber, at 3pm Friday he called me back and said my sewer drain line was clogged and I needed to call a company that does sewer line cleaning. I called Able SOS, they said they could be there in 2 hours, they would call me 30 minutes before arrving and the cost would be $295.
They called me 30 minutes before arriving and were there just after 2 hours! The only glitch was that as soon as the technician arrived he said he would need to charge $100 more becuase my sewer line was longer than 60 feet and he couldn't locate the trap.I knew this was not the case, also looking for the trap did not make sense. He found and used the clean out which made sense.
The clog was quickly removed and he was neat and clean, he charged me the original price. He was a nice enough person, I don't even think he ws trying to over charge he just seemed a bit inexperienced.
Overall I was very happy to have the problem quickly resolved at a reasonable price. I would use them again.

I think I called on a Monday and set up an appointment for 9:00am on wednesday and they showed up on time. Sonny came to my house and cleaned out the tub drain on 2nd floor. Very courteous and polite. Listens to u and performs the necessary work.

It went good the gentleman was nice.

They were good. They only do cleaning of sewers and they don't do general plumbing. My mother paid them, but I consider it reasonable, like the market fee. They were fine, I liked them more in plumbing, because the fellow seemed more knowledgeable and now that I know more about him, he does everything. I am most likely to call him as the other people do just sewers. They came very quickly and I will definitely use them in future.

I have bee using them for several years, I am a pretty regular customer.
Someone was building next to my property, and accidentally broke my main sewer line.
So, now I have to have someone come in to clean the line 2 to 4 times a year at least.
They know the job I need done and they know how to do it right.
Prices are a little high, it is worth it.
They do a good job.
I still use them., and wouldn't use anyone else.

Very professional and helpful. From calling to set up an appointment to the plumber, Jim, who came over to do the work, the experience was very positive. Questions were answered in an informative manner and some helpful suggestions made. Very good experience!

They were very responsive, setting up an appointment within a few days and showing up exactly on time. Their technician, Sonny, did the job quickly. My only complaint is that three years earlier they did exactly the same thing for $195, and an increase of 38% over that period seems awfully steep. I will use them again, however, since my experience with Hudson County plumbers is pretty grim, and I'm too worn out to try to find another one.

Called at 9:30 AM on a holiday and they were here in less than 1 hour. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Charged 175 for the first drain and 150 for the second. Seemed pricey but got jobs that others couldn't do properly done right away. Would definitely use them again.

I found them to be pretty decent and when I called them they were pretty prompt and responsive. They were able to come out the same evening and there was no extra charge for after-hours work. We are planning some larger work in the spring and we are planning on using them.

We called the company around 7:30pm and they sent someone the same night. He was very nice and answered our questions and gave helpful suggestions. (We are new homeowners.)

Called at 5 pm on 12/30/08. Arrived around 6 pm. Drain was totally clogged. Plumber had to snake from pipe in the crawl space AND remove garbage disposal and snake from under the sink also. Was not charged for the extra work involved(at least an hour). Excellent, prompt service at a reasonable price.

It went very well. The water from my kitchen sink now runs fast. He solved the problem. They came over right away. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I felt the price was reasonable.

I actually chose them because of Angie's List. They give you a price up front and stuck to it. They are nice and they clean up very well. Their price was the best I HAD FOUND.
