Jason is not only a knowledgeable professional, he is responsive and considerate, something that is important when dealing with mold: a problem that can impact not only your living space but your physical health. Great! Representative was very knowledgeable, came back to do the outdoor comparison test as it was raining and he wanted a proper reading, and told me that everything was fine. Didn't try to soak me for any extra expenses. Reliable and honest.

Jason did an outstanding job! He accommodated an evening appointment the very next day, showed up on time, patiently answered all our questions, took air samples, and had the report ready in under 48 hours, with a detailed explanation of results over the phone. Basically delivered everything as promised, with an excellent customer service and at a reasonable price. If you need mold testing done, Jason is the guy to hire.

We had a small water leak in our basement from the hot water heater. The Mold Guys put in some equipment and got everything all dried up before mold could become a problem.

Jason was in one word: Exceptional. He was not only much more reasonable than other quotes, but he came out at my convenience on a Saturday morning, responded very quickly to all of my questions, tested and treated the areas of mold concern, and I received results back Monday morning. I didnโt just get some random employee. I got the company owner at my house explaining to me every step of the way. He left equipment and picked it up after a few days and showed me with his meter that everything was dry. Prompt, courteous and affordable
