Initially, the response was prompt when they were trying to get my business. I paid the required deposit, back in March and after that, they just dropped off the face of the earth. I literally have to call every week for status updates to get the stone for my mother-in-laws grave. First they needed a waiver signed, which I signed and returned the next day. A week later, I called back and they claimed to never have received it. I forwarded the same email with attachment that was originally sent while I had them on the phone and they "received" it. Next, I was told that the only thing was to get a sketch from the vendor. That was 2 weeks ago. I haven't heard back since. Every time I call they say they need to pull my file and will get back to me. If I don't call them, they won't do anything. 4 months later, and I am no where close to receiving the stone. Apparently they are very busy, which I can understand. However if you are that busy, stop taking new clients. Until you can handle the volume from your current clients, you shouldn't take on new ones. It's not fair to families who are looking for this final piece of closure.
