IPEC FOODS dba Green 7 grain was a disaster from the get go.  First, I was looking for a service to deliver high quality, fresh and safe food to my home.  The salesman told me I wouold get an upright "commercial quality" freezer.  When the first delivery was made it was a chest type freezer (exactly what i did not want as you have to dig through frozen stuff to find what you want).  When I called about it the company said "we get alot of freezers stolen and as such we bring this out first until you have accumulated 3 or 4 payments"!!  I made about 3 to 4 more calls till I threatened to cancel and they finally sent me an upright freezer.  I certainly would not call it "commercial quality".  It is extremely difficult to figure out what you should be getting with each order.  I beleive it is done purposely so you can't figure out what may be missing.  When I kind of finally figured it out there were almost always on every delivery stuff missing.  Example:  June order contained no hamburgers or chop meat that i was supposed to get.  Calling them is a crap shoot at best.  Most times you get someone who sounds completely bothered that you called.  There is one woman in that whole company who sounds like she knows what she's doing and will help you.  However chances  of getting her on the phone is slim to none.  The Food:  I've never seen thinner steaks and chops in my life.  T-Bone steaks that you could practically see through!!  Whatever you do do not contract with this company!!!!  Trust me you will be sorry.  My nightmare is finally over, thank god.  I will be checking out American frozen Foods as I used to work for them during my senior year at college - 1992.  Great quality then.  Need to check them out now.
