Several of our electrical outlets were no longer working, replacement of breaker not possible because replacement for existing Federal Pacific breaker unavailable. After receiving free estimate based on Eastern Power Electric's initial site visit which was best of three quotations received, decided to accept proposal. Ivan Lopez of Eastern Power Electric came to my home and filled out the work permit application, and explained that 50% payment was due after completion of the work, and remaining 50% due only upon receiving approval from town's building inspector. Work began promptly as scheduled once I received work permit from my town. Completion of electrical service upgrade was completed as promised within 8-hrs and involved few hours of power outage. Then, Ivan and helper returned for a subsequent short visit to verify proper working order of all outlets in the home and detached garage as well as properly label the breakers. On the date of inspection, Ivan Lopez (EPE) returned to clean up inspection area and facilitate inspection access. After receiving Leonia building inspector approval for the entire work (very quick because work was performed safely and according to requirements), I thanked Ivan and paid remaining balance.
Very pleased with the quality of work and professional and courteous service. Absolutely no reservation in strongly recommending Eastern Power Electric to family, friends and neighbors in need of home electrical work.
