This is a situation where we don't shop around to much. We went to the same dealership, so I really don't know. It was a used vehicle, so we did not price it out at other places. We went there and wanted to see what they had used and pre-owned, pre-certified type of thing and we purchased one of those vehicles.

I don't shop around to much so I don't know how to compare their prices. Dealers tend to be a little more expensive in the labor department, so maybe I can do it cheaper but they have always done a fine job. They are the only people I would use. I pass 3 other Honda dealers to get to them. They are 25 miles from my house. I have tried the other ones and they don't compare. They have done everything, anything that we have needed. I have had my car for 12 years and they have done everything that I have ever needed. I really don't remember anything they have ever messed up, but if I have any complaints or feedback, they are very amicable to bring it in, take a look, we'll fix it up for ya. They always always always call me to make sure that I was happy, that I got the service that I expected, and if there was anything else they could of done more, always. They have always called me to follow up to make sure that I was satisfied and if not they will make it right.

No problems at all. It was unfortunate to have to bring it in. But as with anything mechanical things break. But they fixed it and we were on our way quickly.

It's a little more expensive than average. The services are just excellent. They take care of you in a timely manner. They always follow-up to make sure that you were satisfied. If you weren't, they want to know why and they will rectify it. They take you as quickly as possible. They explain everything to you. Their prices are fair even though it's a dealership. I'm extremely impressed. They won the Honda's Service of Excellence Award and they definitely deserve it. We have a Honda dealer closer to our home than that one and we tried using them a couple of times but it was a disaster. They're not as good. I can compare one dealership to the other and Sussex Honda really stands out. I have a Honda dealership within a mile and a half of my house but I drive 25 miles to this dealership. Their service is worth the ride.

I had a hard time with their financing department. I couldn't get a hold of them and they neglected to tell me that if I wanted the extended warranty with the car it needed to be decided within a week of purchase. Even though I was trying to call them they weren't getting back to me. I had to make the decision on the extended warranty with all the financial details in less than 24 hours, so I felt pressured and rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't call me back right away despite multiple messages. When they were working on the car to get the registration and insurance they lost all of my paperwork and had to start over, so I had to re-fax everything and I was just really not happy with their handling of the logistics. On the car itself the negotiation process was very good and straightforward. I was happy with the price and the vehicle is very good, but I wasn't happy with the paperwork side of it. The registration and the insurance was slow and disorganized. I couldn't get them to call me back. I didn't make an appointment with them and it was just a walk in, but when I was trying to get them to call me it wasn't working very well. I liked the price, but I was disappointed with the service afterwards because of the paperwork.

I don't think they even charged me for it. The people are good. They would call us back a day or two later if they find out that everything is okay. It's unbelievable. They have a TV and provide free coffee while we are waiting for our car. The person that I deal with is Jonathan. He is a good person and a real gentleman.
