Sears Hardware Store - Newton

I ordered an new refrigerator from them.  The biggest problem was the delivery men.  They bumped it so horribly that I have to push my brand new refrigerator door hard in order for it to close. They knew that is was damaged, they dropped parts and just put them back in the refrigerator but didn't tell me.  Newton Sears treated me properly and got Sears headquarters to fix the door. Sears is good, they stand behind their product but when it comes to the delivery men you should keep your eye on them. The Sears in Newton reimbursed me on the refrigerator door, they also gave me a discount, they also are sending me a brand new door. There were problems getting the Kenmore refrigerator I originally wanted but they worked with me because it was out of stock. They even gave me the Whirlpool at the same price as the Kenmore. The delivery men were from Fairfield, if I had to make a review just from the delivery men, it would all be an F.

I LOVE TO DO WORK WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SO GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEIR PRICE IS A LITTLE ON THE HIGH SIDE, BUT THE HIGH QUALITY WORK IS WORTH THE EXTRA COST.
