Mulching and planting crew were also good, did their best to accommodate our needs, worked quickly and only took 2 days. Understood what we were looking to achieve with our gardens and took direction well. Our gardens look amazing!
In general, I would suggest having everything you want in your project written down in detail as a couple details that were forgotten needed to be reinforced. I would also suggest you be well versed in the project you want done.....do a little research. Know what you want and know what to expect. Ask questions.
I only have one suggestion (not a complaint!) and that would be to communicate more frequently between the signing of the contract and the scheduling of the job. I understand that it is a busy time but just a check-in every now and then to let me know you didn't forget about me would have been nice :-).
It took a while to get my job on their schedule but now I know why --the quality of their work and reputation must keep them very busy.
Provider had difficulty following original instructions as to where to pile and not to pile snow - on each visit. Provider's workers hit mailbox and rock wall with plow. Plow also scraped wooden 4 x 4's along driveway edge despite reflective markers along the driveway edge. Workers scraped paint off of front stoop when shoveling. Provider did not plow in front of garage door claiming that the snow had fallen off the roof - which it had not (the garage is not heated to melt roof snow). When vehicle was snowed in on driveway, there was no effort to shovel even a path to the door of the vehicle; it took me over an hour to clear the snow that was left encircling the vehicle.-
