Bob was competent, punctual, and professional. The quality of his work was excellent and his price was reasonable. His candor was refreshing, especially after heaving dealt with carpet contractors in the past that were eager to tell me what I wanted to hear and then were unable to deliver a satisfactory result. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future should the need arise.
