First the good stuff... Snow removal was good, they were timely and did a good job last winter. Leaf removal was basic but expensive - $565 for less than an acer of property. However, the lawn service was the worst. The management seem like good people but they had little oversight or ability to correct what was happening with the mowing crews. The crew always showed up on weekdays as requested and they were fast, maybe too fast. This summer they broke off a chunk of the hardscape, knocked over a cement bench, ran into our address boulder, damaged shrubs and weekly tore up patches of the lawn. Accidents happen but this was consistent damage. Reporting the incidences had minimal, shorted lived effect. The final straw came when they weed whacked two clearly tended and mulched flower beds totally obliterating 10-12 perennials.
