Prices differ for single-family / condo / townhouse inspections. Exterminating services have mostly set prices, and we offer multiple-pest discounts for 1 service call. Termite Exterminating needs an estimate, but always includes a 1-year warranty.

He missed some major problems in my home.  The septic system was old and needed replaced which cost me $16000 and my fireplace was $5000 (problem with the inside of the chimney).  Definitely would not use him again.  He rushed through the whole inspection.
