I truly can’t say enough good things about this company. Jim and Matt are true professionals. I have worked with many many contractors in the past and JB Renovations is the best. They clearly stand out from other contractors especially regarding their skills, talent, experience, craftsmanship and knowledge. Their pricing was excellent too. They are very honest and trustworthy and are consistently striving to meet all customers needs. They are very clean, punctual and efficient. I love the attention to details. They also only work on one job at a time and provide continuous status updates. It was a stress free completed project, which is a first for me. I will definitely be using them again and encourage anyone that is planning a big or small project/renovation to definitely give them a call. You will be happy you did!

Jim and Matt are the absolute best. The project was to remodel my master bathroom and it came out exactly how I imagined it to be. Everything is perfect, and Jim even suggested some things I didn't even think about, such as installing some recessed lighting that makes such a difference! There were some surprises along the way that made things a little more difficult but they fixed all and every problem and it all came out perfect. Project included completely gutting the bathroom, installing a shower, redoing the plumbing and electrical, tiling, sheetrocking, fixing the doors, installing a vanity and mirror, and basically made sure everything was perfect down to every detail. They have also installed my kitchen backsplash with new glass tile that came out beautiful. I highly recommend and am so happy with my new bathroom!!

Jim and Matt were a charm to work with. They communicated well on what needed to be done. Each day, they were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. They stuck to the agreed timeframe on when the project would be completed. Overall, I am happy with their professionalism and their craftsmanship is top notch.

Matt and Jim renovated four bathrooms in our Soviet-era house, and did a spectacular job. They were inevitably polite, professional and informative, and made consistent efforts to minimize any disruption. They worked serial days to get the job done quickly and efficiently, and offered helpful suggestions along the way. They always left our house at the end of the day in as good a condition as when they started - they would cover their traffic areas with blankets and would vacuum and mop when appropriate. They also replaced all the interior doors in our house, and they fit well, and close securely. Ultimately, Matt and Jim are genuinely nice guys, with an obvious skill set, who did great work for a fair price.

We hired JB Renovations to gut and remodel a bathroom in our home. We were extremely satisfied with the services that they provided. They were extremely knowelable and kept us up to date on how the project was progressing. I was also very impressed with their attention to detail. The tile and accent pieces were placed with precision the work was meticulous. They also installed new pipes, a toilet and a vanity. Everything was in working order and we have had no issues with any of the plumbing. The bathroom exceeded our expectations and we will absolutely use them again for projects in the future.

Amazing craftsmanship!!! I hired JB Renovations to replace and existing deck. They did amazing work, building a beautiful deck with a pergola. They were the best price around, super professional while working with us on our design, quick to finish and unlike many contractors I’ve hired in the past, they do an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I was so happy that I hired them again for a full gut job/remodel of our master bath. Again they allowed us to design the entire project while adding their experience and knowledge on state of the art materials and techniques. You could really tell how passionate they are about their trade. We are so happy with the final outcome and strongly recommend them to anyone else in need - no matter how big or small the project.

We were very pleased with the areas that JB Renovations repaired. They not only took care of certain places that I pointed needed help, but also areas that they felt needed some TLC. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Matt took the time each day to explain what they did, how it was repaired, and why. The entire crew was courteous, conscientious and experienced.

We couldn't be happier. Matt, Jim and Ryan are genuinely nice, honorable guys who don't engage in high-pressure sales tactics, and are generous with their time in explaining what they're doing and why they're doing it. They were extremely considerate of our time, arriving punctually every day and working on consecutive days to get the job done with reasonable dispatch. They also worked hard to minimize the inconvenience of briefly not being able to access the kitchen (particularly the refrigerator). Their prices were in line with other estimates, but we went with JB because we felt they cared the most about doing a good job, and they did. We recommend JB without reservation, and will undoubtedly be working with them again. [Please note that the price of services did not include the tile, which we wanted to purchase separately - something JB was fine with.]

Existing bathroom walls gutted to studs and floor to joists. Discovered two floor joists previously cut thru to route drains; drain pipes had almost no pitch and stack was patched together and had hole in it. Joists were sured up, drain plumbing problems resolved, and new sub floor installed. Walls were reinsulated and fire-blocked, sheetrocked and spackled. Replaced tub with shower pan and subway tiled walls with accent border, corner shelf and niche; excellent job. Water replumbed for shower system. Hinged door replaced with sliding door to make room for change to double sink vanity. Replumbed for double sinks. Custom linen closet built. Old standup radiator removed and steam pipe moved for installation of new baseboard register. Unused door to bedroom removed and walled in with sheetrock. Window replaced. Floor tiled. Fixed mess of electrical wiring. Installed baseboard and crown moulding and door trim. A lot of work to complete job. JB team was here every day thru duration working to complete job to our complete satisfaction.

The JB Renovations team of 4 guys are excellent. We are very happy with the job they did. They have good attention to detail, were responsive when we had questions, kept the work areas tidy and kept us updated on the progress. The renovation was done within the time and cost they estimated. We plan on using them again when we remodel our bathrooms and basement.

Fantastic! I run a business that sometimes requires me to work out of my home, not only was I able to go about my work uninterrupted but the crew finished early and under budget. At the end of the job I was given a walkthrough of the work and pictures of the process for my records. They went above and beyond expectation, I highly recommend.

I contacted Jim from JB Renovations via phone. He returned my call promptly and we setup an appointment for him to come out and get me an estimate. The esitmate arrived 1 week later. I was comparing his estimate against 2 other contractors from the area. I chose to go with JB not because they had the best price (they were a bit higher), but because Jim took his time to look at the requirements of the job and because he does all the work. He does not hire sub-contractors. His brother and his brother-in law do all the work. They scheduled the deck repair first. The job went very smooth. I was not even home when they did the work. They cleaned up and the deck looks so good. They schedule the window repair a few weeks later. Jim came with his crew and they replaced the 3 windows in one day. He also reparied a leak that I had behind the cedar shingles I had that may have been causing the existing window to rot. I highly recommend JB Renovations for any work that you may have. Very satisfied!

Perfectly. JB gave me a very reasonable estimate & did the repairs very promptly. The employee who did the work did an excellent job! He was timely, neat & completed the work in the timeframe he estimated it was going to take. Great job all around & I plan to hire JB a Renovations again in the future.

Matt & Jim were great.  These guys were really a pleasure to work with. They always were on time and always cleaned up every day after working.  They worked with us over issues and always provided good advice and alternatives if needed.  Would recommend them highly.

Jim showed up when he said he would and although one of the windows was not manufactured correctly (which he contacted Lowes about) the other widow was installed and he did a beautiful job. you would never have known that any work had been done it was so cleanly completed.  I was very happy and am looking forward to his return to complete the installation of our bedroom windows next month.

This job couldn't have gone any better than it did.  These guys showed up every morning early and completed the job on time as they promised.  When they were done you couldn't even tell I had workers at the house...they cleaned everything.
The new deck is beautiful.  The new railings are extremely sturdy cause they installed them properly by reinforcing the posts to the deck joists.  They even put back my grill and patio table back on the deck when they were finished.

They were very professional and courteous. A great bunch of guys that are extended family and have worked together for years. Each one seemed to have his own specialty area, and I was impressed with their knowledge of safety requirements. They were pleasant to have around during the project, and left everything perfectly clean!
I am planning on using JB Renovations again for my future projects.

They did a great job. I agree with the other reviewers? ?A? ratings and would recommend JB Renovations. There are some folks who want the job done fast and others who want it done right.  Our main concern was careful, quality installation, including matching the existing trim style in our home. We wanted it done right, so appreciated that the guys took their time and were meticulous on all counts.   I called several references before signing the contract, and they unanimously provided great recommendations with some saying they were arranging for additional jobs from JB.  Our experience matched that of the references we called.  We did initially have some trouble communicating with Jim by email, but overcame that by text messaging so in the end the lack of email was a just minor inconvenience.  JB Renovations' price was just slightly less than the quote we got from the nearest Pella showroom.  Again, great work.

The work was done on time.

Everything was done in a courteous and professional manner,

from the removal of the old window to the instillation of the new one.  The

clean up of the area was complete and thorough.

I wish all work done in my house would go so well.
