They came to my house and picked up computer. Was returned very promptly with everything restored and backed up

He is very good. I have recommended him to friends. Whenever something goes wrong with our computers he comes. He does a great job and his prices are reasonable. He comes on the weekends and nights all kinds of times. He is very up beat.

Jay solved a number of our computer issues. he discussed some additions and was very responsive to using some equipment on hand rather than buy additional pieces. Jay and Laura stayed late until everything was complete. They were also very receptive to establishing quarterly system reviews, that we have not been able to get anyone else to commit to.

Jay and Laura were just wonderful. They were easy to reach, showed up when they said they would, did a great job fixing the computer, and gave me valuable training. I highly recommend them.

Our computer was running very slowly. Jay did many updates and set up the computer to work with my wireless printer. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I had a problem with my printer a few days later and Jay came back to the house to fix the problem.

I was pleased with how promptly Jay was able to repond to my problem (he came the same day). He explained clearly what my otions were, what they might cost, and how long it might take. We agreed on a course of action, and he kept me informed every two or three days as to his progress. I was pleased that he was able to recover a mirror image of what was on my original drive, so it could be loaded back onto the new hard drive. It's as though I never had the hard drive failure. Overall, including obtaining and installing a new hard drive, it took eight days to complete the repairs. Jay brought the computer back and went through everything with me to be sure I was happy with the repairs. I was very pleased with the services and will use Green Village for any future computer problems or upgrades.

They cleaned up a computer that had been infected. They were very thorough and the price (which included pick-up and delivery at my house) was very reasonable. The work took one day longer than they originally estimated, no big deal, what matters is that now the computer works (fingers crossed) .
