Russ Virgilio was gold. I've never met a contractor who answered his phone or text immediately OR got back to me within 5 minutes! If there was a problem, he said he would handle it and he did! Also constantly kept me in the loop. No need to chase after these people!

Very professional, turned up at agreed time and completed the job as requested. Very nice guys. When we had an issue with town coding for approvals they returned and rectified. Would use them again.

They responded to my request for quotation within 2 days after my call and I had a quotation in my hand 3 days later. This was just after Superstorm Sandy. I had already received quotes prior to this one but Eric Marino, the owner, said he could get the generator installed sooner as he had them on order. I paid the half payment requested and he had the initial part of the installation done by the target date.
Unfortunately the propane supplier couldn't complete the installation of the propane tanks for 2 weeks because of bad weather and the inability to get construction equipment onto my muddy property. Within 3 days of the propane hookup EM returned to complete the job.
I can't speak more highly of their professionalism and their devotion to the job. When they had to come into my house, they wore paper "Booties" over their shoes. They were always very polite. When the work was complete the entire job site was cleaned up. Everything was neat and very professional.
This was not their first job for me. In 2011 I had them install wiring and a transfer switch for a 7KW gasoline generator which the new generator replaced. They accepted the gas generator in trade and removed it when the new generator was installed. They also replaced the gas generator hookup with a GFCI outlet so I could have power on my patio.
I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to my neighbors.

I had them come out twice in one week. I spent about $3000 on the job. I thought that they were great. They were very professional and very prompt. I liked their website. The guy, who came out, was great. I really liked him. I thought he did a good job. He was very nice, friendly, professional, and prompt. I felt the price was high. I would use them again in the future.
