I called for stove repair the next day they fixed my electric range, now that is fast service!! reasonable cost, very pleasant and professional and my stove works!! They know their trade!

Mike Kooger and his son worked on our electric range. He kept us informed when the parts he ordered arrived damaged and it would take a little longer. We did not mind waiting. Our range is up and running again. We would hire Mike again, great customer service.

Called for dishwasher repair.( thought pump was bad) they said pump was good but there was unreachable clog in the housing. Charged for house call and left. I pull the unit back out. They never. Checked the discharge hose. It was clogged. The also somehow cut the power line going to the machine when the pushed it back under the counter. I changed the hose and rewired the electrical and now it works fine. Waste of $100

This is my second time calling for appliance repair of a propane grill and range. My dryer stopped working several months ago. I explained my problem they were able to give me a quote if that was the problem, they came the next day, repaired my dryer and honored the quote. Today they fixed my grill and replaced a part on my electric range. They do superior work, fast, efficient, polite and most of all show up on time. I asked them to look at a loose handle on my fridge and they tightened it. I will always use them and recommend them

HIGHLY recommend Mike and team. Washer wouldn't drain and with 2 little ones in the house, you need a washer. Much to my surprise, they came the very next morning right when they said they would. They were in and out within an hour, price was exceptional and they were sweet as pie! Hire these guys....they know their stuff!

I had them come out supposedly they tried to turn on my washer and something electrical smelled like it was burning. I was told probably the drain as they notice a dark ring on the filter and got charged for $85 did not look up anything to give me a quote and a week later responded with a price plus the $85 then another 4 days told me they would come never showed up or called. Had to buy a new washer. Horrible service

Mike arrived on time giving me a call ahead of time that he was on his way. He quickly assessed the problem giving me the price to repair. He completed the repair in around 20 minutes.

Mike answered the dryer repair request within minutes after it was placed. Showed up on time, identified the issue immediately and fixed the problem.

Great service!! Explained to me what the issue was with my dryer. I was nervous that i would have to wait a few days to have the job completed, Replaced the part on the spot, no wait. Very satisfied will definitely call again when and if i need my appliances fixed.

Mike asked the right questions on the phone to evaluate why my 18 year old refrigerator freezer wasn't freezing in all compartments. He asked for the model number and was prepared for the job. He was on time and finished in 1 hr. Evaluated why my refrigerator/freezer wasn't freezing. Had the parts in his truck. Cleaned up and put the drawers back into the freezer for me. The freezer worked so well afterwards even the motor sound is quieter than when it was new.
