I contacted Mr.Bach this spring to get an estimate on a septic system. He came out to my house, looked over the property, and promised to send me an estimate. A month or so later, I had still not received the estimate. I called his office, and left my number. I repeated this at least nine times, calling at different times to try to find him in the office. No response was given-no call-back/letter/etc... If he was unable or unwilling to do the job, at the very least he could have let me know. I consider his behavior to be very unprofessional.

He is always on time. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his field. He is very professional and respects your time. He comes very highly recommended by other professional engineers.
