I pay this company over $19,000.00 to finish this job and the final amount that will complete $25,000.00 in total is to be paid once work is finished. He installed the tanks without a drainage woch is only half of the work. I need the work to be finished as agreed. He left the tanks open and it has been weeks and it is still not finish. I contacted him to finish and now he is giving me excuses not to do the work. I need the drainage to be installed and finish instalation as it is on the plan and in the contract. He left with over $19,000.00 and never came back.
