I liked their responsiveness and punctuality.

I used them for three years every other week. Sometimes they weren't clean as it should've been. I think basically it came down to who they sent. Then, it would be fine the next cleaning.

It was an ongoing service, it was every two weeks. Cleaning fixtures, two bathrooms, and a hall. They were responsive and they were prompt. Some of the cleanings weren't as good as it could have been, I guess it depended on who came.

They're fairly good. I've had them for a number of years now. I'm pretty happy with them.

Work was excellent but setting up was horrible. The local manager (Roland Garcia) claimed he tried to return our first call all day (we were home). When we called the next day he had our correct number. He said he had to get us a "special" quote and never called back. Since we had a gift card we pursued the issue with no response from him or his supervisor (who was told about the issues by the person answering the phone) until we threatened calling the BBB and Angies list. The supervisor suddenly returned our call and told us to work with the person who answers the local office phone (the person who gave us his number) and all was wonderful. The people who cleaned did so quickly, professionally and thoroughly. As long as we did not have to work with the Roland I would use them again in a heartbeat. It was a tale of 2 cities, the horrible managers and the wonderful workers.

The women that came to do the work were very professional. They give you a window of time and they keep to that window. They are flexible with scheduling. The service is okay. The women do a good job according to their check list of the work. I would recommend them but you do have to adjust your expectations. If you ask them to do something they will come back or they will redo it while they are at your home.

SINCE THIS HAPPENED SO LONG AGO, IT MAY NOT SEEM IMPORTANT TO MOST OF YOU, BUT IT WAS DEVASTATING TO ME, SO BE AWARE. THE THIRD TIME MERRY MAIDS CLEANED MY HOME, ONE OF THE MAIDS STOLE A VERY VALUABLE NECKLACE THAT WAS LAYING ON MY NIGHTTABLE. WHEN I CALLED THEIR OFFICE TO REPORT IT, THE MANAGER REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE AND BECAME INSULTING. SINCE I HAD NO PICTURE OF THE NECKLACE, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO EVEN CONFIRM IT'S EXISTENCE. I HAD NO RECOURSE AND THE MANAGER KNEW IT. AT THE TIME I LIVED IN NYACK NY. THIS IS A WARNING TO ANY WHO USE THIS COMPANY. THEY MAY STILL BE IN BUSINESS, BUT THEY MAY ALSO HAVE STOLEN COUNTLESS ITEMS OVER THE YEARS. I KNOW THEY STOLE THE PEARL AND DIAMOND NECKLACE I HAD FROM MY MOTHER.

They were great! I was very happy with the quality of their work, and I thought they were reasonably priced.

They were very expensive. The price they quoted was $205 for every four weeks and in addition to that, I had to have a contract of twenty four cleanings. The price was too much to clean one bedroom and the rest of the house. They were very nice and very informative. They gave us a lot of information about what would be done and they seemed very flexible for what I wanted done. I would not use them in the future.

The work went very well. They were hired to do a whole house pre-listing cleaning to get our house ready to show. They did a great job. They also cleaned a tile floor that was the victim of a boiler leak that another company failed to do. They got all the stains up as well as cleaned under the baseboard heaters. They showed up when expected and their work was excellent. I would recommend them and would use their services again in the future if I stilled lived in NJ.
