Eric and Meghan did an EXCELLENT job. Their attention to detail and perfectionism is second to none. I appreciate how much they cared about getting each individual task just right. It was a true pleasure. Not only did I appreciate the workmanship of the job they did, but I appreciated their company. They are quality people doing quality work as if it were their own house.

Eric was amazing! He went above and beyond!! Always pleasant, enthusiastic, timely and under budget. No matter what the issue; paint, tiling, window leaks, etc, Eric always had a thoughtful, cost effective and efficient solution. I highly recommend him!!

Everything went well. Eric and his daughter are very conscientious paying close attention to detail. ?The new floor and toilet look great. Eric had given a few suggestions that worked well in laying down the new floor. Will definitely use them again.

Project goals were met, timelines extended somewhat due to lack of help (but not much). The contractor is pretty much a one man show, with daughter helping him when possible. He is looking for good help, but I guess it's hard to find.
On the Quality portion of the review, I was torn between giving a C instead of a B. I decided on the B because except for the little details (i.e. corner cuts on woods, filling of joints and nail holes, and a few high tiles here and there (which he did replace), overall the final product was pretty good if you looked at the overall project....just needed to bring some of these things up to his attention to get fixed. In general, the kitchen did come out stunning, although we did the design and provided all of the materials for the most part, except sheet rock, construction lumber, consumables and that sort of thing.
In general, their attitude is good, they try to do the right thing by the customer, and their pricing is excellent.
I was a little worried based on the amount of work that had to be done for the price I received, but at the end of the day, 95% of what he said he would do got done satisfactorily.  Only item I suggested he sub out in the future was sheetrock and spackle work, which is not his strong point, and he lost a lot of time there in the schedule trying to get that part of the job right.

He had a good price. He was always on time. It was an hourly thing, but it was reasonable for the two project he did.

Eric was prompt, clean, honest and his attention to detail is second to none. He is a perfectionist and will not leave something undone unless he feels as though it's completely perfect. These days its hard to find honest, hard working contractors that you can completely trust. He is an honest hard working family man. Eric brought ideas up to me and we both decided whether or not we would proceed with the idea. He will keep you within your budget without any hidden surprises which is not the norm today when dealing with a contractor. In conclusion I would say that if you are looking for a general contractor look no further than Eric. His professional talent can tackle any project that you have in mind for your home. He is a completely skilled carpenter that is able to complete any idea that you may have. Along with the closet, Eric is putting in my wall a cigar humidor completely framed out and bordered with molding. The work is completely amazing. I highly recommend Eric

He really communicated everything he was doing perfectly and completed the job within the estimate. He was very mindful about the safety of my pets and my young grandson. He also cleaned up really well every day and did not leave a mess at all. He is very approachable and punctual and also very courteous.
