Fencemax

The installation was over 3 days. The materials were left on my front lawn instead of the driveway or street & therefore the grass underneath died. There was trash that the team left including water bottles and brackets to the old fence scattered throughout the yard. 1 month later I noticed 2 panels in separate areas were coming off the posts. I called numerous amounts of time & left several messages with the Hainesport office. I was told by Mike that he would send a crew. No one ever came. I gave up on calling and figured I would try again now that spring is here. I have again called almost daily & never received a call back. One time I did speak with Mike & was assured again, he would send a crew. Again no show. The customer service at the Hainesport office is unsatisfactory & I would not recommend using the service to anyone of my family or friends.

Went very well. The installers, Nieves and sons, arrived and began dismantling the old fence around 8 AM.  The new fence arrived around 9:30 AM. The job was completed by 4:30 PM.  Can not say enough about the installers.  They were very professional and worked efficiently throughout the day.  The fence is beautiful.

I am SO happy that we went with Fencemax for our fence needs.  When I stopped by the Hainesport office, Mike Patterson quickly and professionally provided a fair quote.  He asked to stop by the following day to see the property to make sure he had the proper measurements, etc.  Mike showed up promptly and confirmed the estimate.  Even though we were well into December, we were really hoping Fencemax could do the work before the Christmas Holiday.  Mike promised to do his best to make sure our job was done.  His communication was superb and kept us informed about possible dates.  Even with inclement weather days before, Mike and a handful of guys showed up on Christmas Eve and stayed until the job was done.  Every single one of the guys on his "team" were courteous and professional and you could see that they took pride in their work.  The fence looks great and we're confident it will last for years and years.   We feel it was money well spent.  Thanks Fencemax!  Thanks Mike!
