THE ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT THEM IS THAT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD, AND I AM SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME. THE NEGATIVE THING ABOUT THEM WAS THAT I HAD TO CHASE THEM DOWN TO GET THEM TO COME AND DO THE WORK, AND IT TOOK THEM LONGER THAN THEY SAID.
