Penn Roofing

The workers that came to my house were incredibly professional, answered all of our questions, and gave us a very polished packet about all of the details of the work to be done, including documentation about their insurance policies and permits.
In addition the people at the office we spoke to about scheduling the estimate were very friendly as well.
We would have chosen Penn Roofing for the work on our roof but we ended up going with a family friend whose price was roughly the same.

Penn Roofing is very easy to talk to.  They have a very efficient system for estimates and work completion.  They even did not take my payment until the project was completed.  Penn Roofing cleaned up after themselves every day, and the owner Ronnie, came out and made sure that his team did not leave anything behind.  They did a great job!  I would recommend Penn Roofing to anyone, and I already have!

They held to their estimate, even though additional work was required to do the job right.  They offered the information on additonal work without pushing for us to do it.  We did.  The workers were punctual, worked hard all day, paid attention to our property and the neighbors.  They cleaned up the work site every day and left the property as clean as when they came. 
They came when they said they would, did the work (very Well) for what they quoted and were a pleasure to have working on our property. 
We would have them back again in an instant and would recommend them to anyone.

Bob who identified himself as the vice president did preliminary estimate which was relatively reasonable. He was polite and professional. When the workers arrived the next week there were some discrepancies about the price he quoted for the back gutter. I called him repeatedly and he never got back to me about his quote. The roof was done well with the more expensive tiles (30 year warranty). The front gutter also was done well. I was not able to get back gutter put on due to Bob's slowness in responding and the difference in price between his initial quote and the price his workers said it would cost. In fairness to the firm there were some technicalities with the back gutter because my house adjoins several neighbors homes and we share the same gutter.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB, SHOW UP ON TIME AND I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE HAD THEM CLEAN MY GUTTERS TWICE A YEAR FOR YEARS, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

I AM REALLY HAPPY WITH C-PEEN ROOFING COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME. IM HAPPY WITH BOTH THE WORK AND THE PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHER PEOPLE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THEY EXPLAINED ALL THE WORK THAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
