 + 4 moreMiguel was very professional, clean and organized which is rare in construction. Very flexible with schedule and with all the curve-balls that we had during this project. His price is very reasonable and his work good quality.
Description of Work: Repair a whole 3 bed - 2 bath unit to be rent to new tenant: Repair, prime and paint walls, ceiling, trims and doors Replace and repair doors. Replace door knobs. Remove and replace bath vanities, medicine cabinet, vanity light and remove shower doors. Replace missing bath hardware. Fix leaking kitchen sink and faucet, replace dishwasher connection. Replace all missing electrical outlets and wall plates. Replace missing pantry shelves, maximize closet space, paint kitchen cabinets, replace missing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Install new light fixtures and all small things needed to get unit rent ready.
