The most responsive and competent crew EVER! Handled every challenge we threw at them— plumbing, busted water heater, specialty painting, cabinet refinishing, floor installation... all of it. Even came to check out a leak over Easter weekend. I’ll keep them calling as long as stuff keeps needing to be fixed. And it’s an old house so... yeah. LTNS for life.

Hired them for a painting job, which involved removal of old wallpaper. Certainly they did the paint job 100 times better than I could have myself and overall the place looks very nice, but it was not a neat job and I'm still cleaning up behind them -- paint smear on floors, door knobs and door hinges, plaster spills on the floor not cleaned up, no effort made to contain the dust to the particular room being worked on, etc. Recessed light fixtures that were pulled out of place in order to paint the ceiling were not put back in place. Also not particularly responsive to requests. And to top it off, the team helped themselves to the beer in my fridge, which is just ridiculous.

I was looking for a snow removal. We had done a seasonal contract and I paid for a year of work. On the contract we had agreed to plow the snow driveway walk to prevent slip. December 2016 and January and February he plowed the the snow. Well on march of 14 we had 8 in of snow. We had to agree the next day in the morning before the school started because kids and parents walk threw there. I had called him 10 times to remove the snow the next day I called him 2 times and still never answered. I had to pay someone else to do the snow removal.

I cannot rate the quality of their work yet as I have not used them yet. However, I couldn't submit without putting something. Hope I am right with the 5-star rating. I hired them on an "as needed" basis for snow removal on my property. However, the owner, Luis could not be nicer and more accommodating. He came to survey my property and gave me a quote. Received confirmation within 24 hours. I hope we don't have too harsh of a Winter but feel more at ease knowing I have LTNS General Contracting in my corner.

No comments, he did good work.

In the end LTNS did much more than the plaster work. I used them for two projects and they were responsive, fast and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Excellent workers, responsible and very nice people.

Disappointed

Along with my wife when we first met Luis, we found him to be a gentleman to explain and help understand the needs of the job in a simple easy short explanation; he was very quick about it and provided a fair price for his time. His team came and was nice to have on site and took care and worked every minute non-stop. We provided them lunch and they took one bite and said to each other; what is next and continued working. There are pictures I would like to add for people to view, as we are very proud of their work; moreover, we have more work planned with Luis & LTNS.
