fencing, remodeling
 + 0 moreMy neighbor informed me a couple of weeks ago that the fence had been placed in their property. I had been told by LMR that all the necessary papers etc had been taken care of. (Permit, land lines) This had not been done, when I called LMR - Lukasz Russer he told me that the "land boundary" was not required . He then hung the phone up on me. This is not true, when fencing is over '6 feet, permit etc is required to be filed with the city. It was his job to make sure were he was installing the fence correctly. The way this matter stands now, the fence will have to be removed.
Description of Work: REMOVE OLD FENCING...INSTALL NEW PRESSURE TREATED WOOD FENCING
