They are pretty good about everything.

It used to be another oil company, Simony Brothers, but they sold the business to Duffy. Duffy took over for them, so I’ve had them I guess about 7 or 8 years now. If it was covered under the service contract, then I didn't have to pay anything.

I don’t have central air. Price varies, I have a service contract with them. So, usually any problem with the furnace I don’t have to pay for. If it’s a plumbing problem, then I have to get a separate plumber or they charge me. They come pretty quickly after I call, so their service response is very good. Punctuality is pretty good too.

We've been using them since we moved in here. Honestly, it was the same one I think that people have lived here before us used and we just took it over and continued on. I called them today to schedule. They do a good job. They bring you all when you need to. They check-up on the furnace and make sure everything is running. They've always been right on. Had there been any issues, they try and be here as quick as possible. Like a few years ago, all of a sudden the furnace didn't run and they were here in a couple of hours. They were on it right away and figured out what was the problem and fixed it. They've always been good to us. They come here every year. I feel like the pricing is inline. I roughly have an idea and I've seen others say something. I see we're definitely right there.
