+ -1 moreAN EXCELLENT JOB WAS DONE. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. EVERYTHING WAS SPARKLING WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE VERY CAUTIOUS AND CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE ANYTHING IN ANY WAY.
Description of Work: J & S IN CONJUNCTION WITH SUNSHINE CLEANING SERVICES PERFORMED A TOP TO BOTTOM CLEANING OF MY NEW HOME INCLUDING ALL WINDOWS, FLOORS AND BATHROOMS.

+ -1 moreTHE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE HOME IS EXCELLENT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER TO ANYONE INTERESTED BUILDING IN THE POCONO AREA. THEY ARE ATTENTIVE TO YOUR NEEDS AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE RECEIVING A HOME THAT YOU WILL COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A NEW HOME FROM J & S DEVELOPMENT. THE HOME WAS BUILT IN TAMIMENT, PENNSYLVANIA. IT IS A NEW CONSTRUCTION. THE HOME IS A FIVE BEDROOM, 3 BATH HOME. IT ALSO INCLUDES A FULL BASEMENT, 2 CAR GARAGE, GAS FIREPLACE, 2 STORY ENTRY FOYER, THE LIVING ROOM HAS CATHEDRAL 20 FT. CEILING. THERE IS SEPARATE DINING ROOM AND LAUNDRY ROOM IS ON 1ST FLOOR. MASTER BEDROOM HAS A BATH AND WALK IN CLOSET.
