Service here has plummeted since prior reviews. We have never encountered a more unprofessional and rude office staff. My wife had arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment and waited outside to call the office to have our pet picked up per their Covid protocol. The office staff receptionist, Julie, displayed what is probably the rudest and most unprofessional interaction we have ever experienced about the wait time. Instead of simply listening to understand that my wife had been there for 20 minutes(10 min early and 10 min on hold), she immediately accused her of lying of the wait time saying she had only put her on hold for 3 minutes and had the most incredibly unprofessional attitude. Called to complain to the office manager who of course never called back. Probably one of the worst run and managed veterinary offices to which we have EVER been. We will never return here again.

They are excellent. We have used them probably 20 years. They did vaccines, check up, and nail clipping. They are reasonable. They care for 5 different pets of ours. They really care about your pet. They have an interest in the animals and understand the bond we have with our pets. They were very sympathetic when we lost our pet.

The vet was recommended to me from my friend. I have been going to them since couple of days. They kept my cat over night after the surgery.

What's great about them is that they have doctors available, their hours are quite long, and there are 10 vets in this practice so we can always get in. If we have an emergency, they are really, really great. They are very, very helpful. They send me reminders about my appointment, they follow up with all our lab works and tests, they call me back and tell me what I need to do, if I need to go back in or what the results were. The vets are very nice. The staff is very nice and very attentive. I have been in there a couple of times with a very sick dog and they are very empathetic and very attentive, and they can get me in. They close at 7 o'clock and they were closing one day, they said no problem and just told me to come. I was the last guy in there but they needed to see the dog and they saw her. The price is very competitive. They always call me back which is very uncommon for vets. I may have to wait for a while for my appointment, but they have really good intention.

I have been visiting the vet for about 20 years. The staff is very caring and dedicated to the animals they see. They are very understanding and customer oriented. Everyone is incredibly empathetic, caring and nurturing. They are a very busy vet so scheduling is sometimes difficult. They will always try to accommodate your schedule, however.

The vet and assistants were all very attentive and gentle towards my dog. The price was equivalent to what we have been charged by other vets (we recently moved to the area, so this was the first visit for my 2 year old dog to this vet), so while not exactly cheap, they also didn't seem to be overcharging. I will definitely go back.

We've used Murray Hill for the last 10 or so years. A couple of years ago were brought our cat in for urinary issue and they recommended and performed immediate surgery. The surgery was unsuccessful and less than a week later they had to do the same surgery again (and of course charged me again). That surgery too was unsuccessful and I brought him to a surgical center that fixed the problem the first time.
We brought back the same cat for a perceived urinary track infection recently. They asked that we bring in a sample of his urine to examine. They tested the urine and said that it wasn't sterile (of course it wouldn't be) and they had to extrapolate urine from the cat with a needle. But they charged me twice.
I understand everyone needs to be paid for their work. However, I see this as a flat out disingenuous practice and a dishonest means to generate additional billable funds.

They take excellent care of your pet. They will come in any hour if there is an emergency. They are always there if you need something, which I really appreciate. Their price point is amazing.

They are excellent. We have been taking our dogs to them for 20 to 30 years. They did an excellent job on the surgery. They removed four, five growths and also gave him a couple of vaccinations. Basically they have excellent veterinarians there and they are available on calls 24 hours and we can get through to them.

We had contacted our previous vet who had seen our cat 2 times, and had originally diagnosed the skin condition. They were only available to see him on an and quot;emergencyand quot; basis without waiting a few days (emergency to them means an extra $30 on top of already inflated prices).
We saw the reviews on Murray Hill, and decided to give them a shot, even though they were 20 minutes away from home rather than 5 minutes.
Murray Hill could not have been more accommodating. They got us in that afternoon, greeted us professionally when we arrived, and the vet himself gave our cat a thorough examination -- with us present, and explaining what he was doing and why. He proposed a couple of additional tests with the pros and cons of each, one of which we decided to have performed. He spent over an hour with our cat.
The net result of the treatment was that the skin lesions and the infection were gone within two weeks. Most impressive of all was that he called twice in the succeeding weeks to check up on our cat. One rarely gets that from a human-treating doctor, let alone a vet.
Understanding that our experience was with the practice itself and only one doctor, we would not hesitate to recommend Murray Hill to others.

Murray Hill Veterinary Associates is close, the environment is busy, and the vets are pretty good.

I cannot say enough about this practice, the docs, the staff and their services. We have had our fair share of pets and issues over the years. I followed Dr. Brody from another practice and my family and I have been treated like family for the past 10 years. I think our pets have seen just about every doctor in the practice and have been met with nothing but professionalism and respect from all of them. Dr. Bourassa sent us a hand written condolence letter when we had to make a difficult decision and put one of our cats down, Dr. Brody met my husband after hours when we realized out cat had a gaping wound on his shoulder from a conflict outside and required surgery, Dr. Darby taught us about the uniquenesses of owning a pure bred Shepard and how to manage their sensitive stomachs and skin rashes, Dr. Dobson (so glad she came back) helped us when pet insurance refused to cover costs, and Drs. Christensen, Bukata, and Heacock have seen our pets for routine visits and are always pleasant, thoughtful, and patient (with us and our pets).

Lets just say we travel 45 minutes (28 miles) to take our pets to their facility knowing both them and my family will receive the best of care.
