"Ajay: We are sorry you have gotten this impression, but this is incorrect. We cannot agree to a fixed price when providing an estimate. In fact, it is stated 3 times in the proposal that labor and material is estimated. I tried to do my best to satisfy your request for a lower total to the proposal, the estimated total. Our technician documented that he was on site for 5 hours, not 2-1/2, and we completed extensive work, including: ran cat5e from first-floor router in the living room to basement closet equipment shelf broke down equipment off the mounted shelf Ran existing wires (20 or so) back in the wall and down to lower access for cleaner look plated old access hole (not on the original scope of work, but found to be necessary for wire management) re-setup all equipment on standing shelving AVR, 3 video sources 2 audio sources labeled all connections configured new switch and ip controlled outlet created OVRC account for client added devices to OVRC cleaned projector lens and air filter (as per clients/sales request) Installed urc mrf base and ir buds checked clients setup with MX remote, controlled what it did before. We did not have time for remote reprogramming, or final wire management, due to your insistence of purchasing your own surge protector, to have us return to finish the work once it could be installed with the other wiring. We went above and beyond to organize your existing equipment. I am truly sorry you cannot understand the quality workmanship we provided, and how we strive to provide satisfaction for all our customers."
