We use the same guy that we have used since the 70?s and we are not changing that. It?s a family runned business. They are so good. They come whenever you call them. They are very good. They are really good. It?s been quite a few years since we used them. That?s an indication, I think that they did a good job while he was here, because we didn?t have to call them back. We have literally lived in this house close to 40 years and we?ve been using them since, not long after we moved in. I give them a ?B? just on general principles, I don't hand out ?A?s? that much. They do good work and they do show up on time and he?s clean. I?ve never had anything where I had to call him back and say, ?hey Frank, you screwed up!? I?ve never had that happen. I believe we considered the price fair. He did a good job, he was clean, he was here when he was supposed to be and I think he gave us a fair price. I will give him a ?B? for price, again on general principles, again as far as I?m concerned, it?s also ?A? work. I will give him an ?A? for price, I?ll be generous, I?m in a good mood. The quality of the work, as far as I can tell was pretty good because it?s still working. He said he was going to be here and he was, on time. Quality again is pretty good, we are still getting air conditioning and heat when we need it. I?m in a good mood today. He?s good, professional. We?ve used him a few times. I would tell others that Frank shows up on time and they?re clean. I believe from what I can remember, that he was very up front and honest saying you need this, you need this, you don?t need that. I think he was up front and frank on things, no pun intended on his name. He was good, we were very satisfied all around. In fact, he?s funny, he?s very funny. The times that we?ve used Frank that I can remember, it?s been a one man job.
