Did not accept price they offered for estate jewelry (diamond bracelet). Went elsewhere and accepted offer which was more than twice Braunschweiger's offer.

They didn't charge anything for the cleaning. They were very friendly and compassionate. They did quote me a price on a piece of jewelry that my sister wasn't sure whether she was going to sell or not and it was very well. They way they explained it is that it was just scrap metal and suggested me against buying it.
