Berkeley Heights Plumbing

Called me back within 20 minutes and was at my house in less than 10 after that (on a Saturday).  What I thought was going to be a huge expense turned out to be about $1000 less than expected.

Had a problem with a toilet leaking at my mother's house.  Called this plumber and Mike came out, had all the parts in his truck, got everything fixed and good as new.  Was also a nice guy, friendly.

I would not hesitate to use this company again! He is an excellent, honest master plumber and his prices were less than expected, including the cost of his materials. He responded to our call promptly, was on time for his appointment, worked diligently to get the job done and did not try to embellish what had to be done or price gouge us. In fact, I had called another plumber first who literally wanted to break up a 12 foot stretch of our basement floor and replace our entire sewer line, when in fact all Berkeley had to do was break the floor around the old pipe and replace just that piece of pipe and install a new brass fitting.

We had a toilet which stopped working. I called Berkeley Plumbing and got a phone call back within 15 minutes. He asked a couple quick questions about the make of the toilet and he said he had the parts on the truck for either model and would be at our house in 20 minutes. He showed up, immediately took care of the problem which was far more involved than I would have wanted to mess with. He did a great job. He's the best plumber in the Berkeley Heights, NJ area.

I HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM, SO I ONLY PAY $89 TWICE A YEAR. EVEN BEFORE THE CONTRACT, I FELT THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
