I came to Angie's list to find a piano tuner in my area. I called him but did not get a response from him for several days, so I cold called someone else where I also had to leave a message. Within 5 minutes of my calling the other individual, Mr. Marciano called me back and let me know that he had been out of town on a family emergency. So since he had a good referral previously, I decided to use him. I was not able to be here but my husband was. He explained everything he was doing to my husband who does not play, but it was very user friendly. My husband said that he was friendly and professional and was very efficient.

My older piano has been looked after for several years by William Marciano. He has brought it back to tune and restored much of its sound. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and gives detailed explanations about what is needed and what should be done. He has looked after my piano very well and is an excellent tuner.
