Howard is creative, patient and knowledgeable in his craft. With so many variables to incorporate, creating our website really was a comprehensive task. However, each element of the site was perfected to provide convenience of use, information and interesting aesthetics. Exceeded expectations. I read ALL of the reviews before calling, and thought they were suspiciously positive, as if he had written most of them himself, but in truth they did predict our experience. The physical distance (New Jersey to Detroit) was not a problem, as the online and phone communication were very easy. "Join me" on the computer was an excellent interactive experience and facilitated changes.
Main drag was on my side providing content, but site progressed rapidly to usability. Tweaks and changes done immediately. Accessability outstanding. Emotional supportiveness concierge level. A pleasure to do business with, and someone to keep in your corner. Obviously customer service oriented and in it for the long haul - not a one-off service. Recommend to all my professional colleagues.

He worked with my brother and listened and provided the changes and walked my brother through it. I provide online education and a student emailed that the video was not working. I was in a place that i could not get online and check. I texted Howard and he immediately went into the site and the console to check things out. He texted me with his findings within 10 minutes of my request. This is not the first time he has dropped what he was doing to help me out. I am appreciative of all of his support and guidance. He is responsive, has the patience of a saint (literally) and great to work with. The support the provides is phenomenal. I am very impressed with the service and expertise that Howard provided. I already had an existing website and wanted to keep the branding and design elements the same in the new website. This is not an easy task to accomplish, and Howard worked very hard to keep the same feel on the new website. And he went well above my expectations. He also worked with me to update the look of the content. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. He had creative solutions for making each page unique and inviting. What I most appreciated is the process. Using a program that allowed me to actually see what he was doing, Howard and I were able to work collaboratively, each of us making contributions, which meant that I was able to comment on the layout and content in "real time," giving feedback immediately on what I liked and didn't like. In addition, the website was completed in a very timely manner. I also learned a lot of tips for marketing and search engine optimization along the way. If I had to sum up my experience, I would say that WebAuthorings is a top notch company and that Howard demonstrated a generosity of knowledge, energy, advice and spirit.

I'm not a novice with a computer but the technology involved with web design and upkeep had our company in a panic. We are not wise to the ways of the net.
