Total Termite Pest and Animal Control

Fine. They visited a total of 4 times and set over 100 traps. We have very large basement and attic areas.

Called and scheduled an appointment through Dawn. Total Termite, Pest, & Animal Control were very responsive and came the next day. A hole was found where the squirrels were getting into the eave of my house. Traps were set to catch and relocate the squirrels. Ron and Dawn checked the traps everyday for a week...after catching the squirrels Ron patched the hole and presto...problem solved! Can not say enough nice things about Ron and Dawn...so nice, very responsive, and professional. Will definitely use and recommend them in the future.

It went very well, they came out when they said they would. They were friendly and they showed me what they caught. The first time they came out there was no charge and they even set some traps to help me out in the meantime.

Details described above. They sprayed into cracks in the skylight, where the problem seemed to be centered and did a perimeter spray two days later.  We have a lot of plants and vegetation around and they were very cognizant of that and careful.

This is the third time we've used Ron which should reinforce how pleased we have been with his services. Besides the ants he's gotten rid of squirrels in our attic and a very large raccoon which chewed up our garage roof, blocked the openings where they were getting in and repaired the damage.
As always the initial call was returned promptly and the appointment kept. We have several cats and needed everything to be "pet friendly" which was accommodated with all treatment being done outside the house.
Ron and Dawn are professional, easy to work with and just very nice people.

Ron and Dawn came the same day we called them and listened to what we had to say.
They investigated the issue and came up with a plan.
They installed several baited animal traps the first day to get the animal out of the attic.
They came back the next morning and went into the attic to verify that the animal was no longer there.
Ron installed a temporary closure over the opening to further assure the animal was no longer in the attic.
He came back several days later and verified the animal was no longer there by verifying the temporary closure was not disrupted.
He then closed the opening by installing wire fencing and re-installing the soffit.
This job required several trips to my house to complete.
They were very professional and pleasant to work with.
The price was very good for the amount of work they did.
