Do not ever use this contractor! We are making our attic into a bedroom. We received an estimate for central air for the whole house including the new bedroom which isn’t completely finished yet. He finished every room except for the attic. As we moved forward with the bedroom we asked when he could come back to finish the job he was very nasty. We called multiple times in a two week period to get a scheduled date to complete the work. He shows up today installs the vent and was here for 20 minutes and charged me $400 additional dollars. When I asked why...he raised his voice at me saying this wasn’t part of the job. And he want on a rant. When I said it should have been because it was discussed multiple times he became infruitiated and started to walk out the door. I asked a simple question and there was no need to get nasty with me. We always were accommodating and worked around his schedule. I have been nothing but nice and didn’t even have an attitude when I asked the question. He didn’t like to deal with me from the start. He wanted nothing to do with the wife only my husband. If I asked a question he said I will talk to your husband instead of answering me directly. I did pay him but I’m beyond aggravated. It was no secret we were making the attic into a bedroom and our plans were to move fast. He is getting a bad review every where I can give it.

The cost was under $200. I would go with $150.00. I've been in this house for 22 years, so he has been coming here that long. When I have a problem he comes. They're great. They really are. I want to say he bends to our schedule. He normally comes at the end of his day because I get off work at 3:30. So I will be his last customer at the end of the day. He normally shows up about 4:00 or 4:30, does what he needs to do and then he's gone. If I have a problem he has to come back the next day. Because of the way I work, I have to give 16 days notice for a day off. It's kind of difficult. That's why he comes at the end of the day. He'll make me his last customer at the end of the day, so that I'm home form work when he comes. He's very accommodating to my schedule.

It was freezing cold outside. We had no heat in the house because the circulating pump went out on the furnace. We had absolutely no heat and it was getting colder by the second. It was freezing. I remember calling him and he came out here. He got some of the furnace, part of it, up and running, but he couldn't get all of it because the circulating pump that circulates the water, was shot and he couldn't get a new part until the day after Thanksgiving. But, I'm going to tell you, the day after Thanksgiving, and he did come out that night to look at it, the day after Thanksgiving at 8:00 in the morning he was in our house. I don't want to say we didn't have too much of a problem. I have a fireplace, so we ran the fireplace. We weren't going to freeze to death, but I remember everybody was in the room where the fireplace was in. I had my nieces here and I said it was so funny. It looked like we were all camping out in the back room. But it was freezing and I thought, "how can this happen the day before Thanksgiving?" It's just not logical. Thank God, I had a fireplace. I don't think I would have made him come out on Thanksgiving day to fix it, I'm just not that inconsiderate. We would have found some way to survive if I didn't have the fireplace, but he did come the day after Thanksgiving, he was there. And I have to say he was very punctual. But I remember that. I remember calling him in a panic because it was getting colder and colder and colder in the house. I said, "what the h**l is wrong with with this furnace?" And when I opened the door, water is leaking out of the furnace. In fact, one of my nieces stepped in water and said, "why is there water on the floor?" And I said, "oh, my God, something is wrong". And that's when we realized. And he did, he came right out and looked at it. This was at night already. It was dark out, so it was after 5:00 at night. He really is considerate, very accommodating, he tries his best. He really does. I have never used anybody else. He was recommended to me by the carpenter I had at the time. He has never let me down. He also installed my air conditioning. A lot of times, when you call people on the holiday, they charge you. He never charged us more money than he normally charged us. Now, maybe because we are his customer and he always comes here, but he never charged us any more money than he normally would have charged us. He never told us there was an extra fee because there was a holiday. In fact, I think my husband gave him an extra $20 on his bill, like a tip that he came out. He never did that to us. He always was fair. That's why I like him. He was honestly very... I can call him and tell him I have a problem and he'll come look at it. That's important to me. I don't know what I am going to do when these guys get old and retire.

This experience was no problem. The house we were moving into was my father-in-law's so we were having a tremendous amount of work done on it and I don't remember there being any problems. All I know is I turned on the air conditioner, it worked. I got cool air. He's very neat, he's very clean, he always cleans up his messes. He never leaves me any garbage or dirt. He's very considerate that way. Every time he comes out to service the air conditioner, he always says that they don't make them like this anymore. Air conditioners don't last 20 years. We have it serviced every year in the spring time.

It was in the spring time. I went into my daughter's room and the heat's not on and I'm smelling wet plaster. I mean, I know what wet plaster smells like, and I thought, "why is it smelling like this?" I went by her window in the back where this little drain is. The water was pouring down her window. We had already started to run the air conditioner, so the pan filled up with water. That's what happened. The water backed up into the pan and instead of draining into the gutter, it was draining into the pan, but then it overflowed. The cost was about maybe $300 or maybe $250.

It went very well. Dennis researched different boilers for me and then reviewed the information with me, helping me choose the correct boiler for my needs. Installation was efficient and without fuss.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE CLEAN, NEAT AND TIDY. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND THEY WERE VERY POLITE ABOUT EVERYTHING. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO MY FAMILY ALREADY.
